I decided to try Raising Cane's after many months of not having it. Now I remember why I haven't been here in a long time. The portions have shrunk considerably over the past few years. These 3 Finger Meals used to have twice as much fries and chicken strips that would fill the box!

Honestly, after my experience here, my favorite letter of the alphabet is officially J — and I’m starting a petition to remove all the others.
Jay didn’t just serve us food — he served vibes, stand-up comedy, and probably at least two existential breakthroughs. The man had our entire group laughing so hard, we forgot why therapy was invented. At one point, I’m 90% sure we all regressed to childhood and just started giggling like we were in a lunchroom with no bills or responsibilities.
Jay gives the kind of service that makes you suspicious. Like... are you secretly the CEO undercover? Or just really passionate about chicken fingers? Either way, Raising Cane’s — pay this man more. Like, double. Maybe in stocks. Or a statue out front. Or just name it “Jay’s Chicken Emporium” and call it a day.
Honestly, I’d come back just to buy a drink and bask in the presence of this dude. The food slaps, but Jay? Jay uppercuts

Normally I would give a 5, however, I am truly disappointed. This is the first time I’ve had to ask for my chicken to be replaced. When I received my chicken, it was falling apart and apparently we were informed it was just the breading which is not true. I’ve been at other locations and they don’t give that excuse. In addition, the flavor was bland with barely no salt on the fries or chicken. Don’t get me started on the fries, there were a little soggy and not crisp and fresh. They did give me new chicken tenders but there was only a 25% difference. Not to mention, they served the food in the to go boxes since it was late but it tends to make the food colder. They close at 2am so it would be more reasonable if they did it an hour before closing. I was craving the fries and they were not up to par. The West Chester location is far par superior since they put the customer first, provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere and always have their food fresh and ready. The staff isn’t smiling as much and seem like they hate their job. Not to mention, I’m still taken back on being provided the information it’s just the breading since that shows lack of accountability for taking the time to provide quality service. People tend to just accept the food they are given since they just want the food, but employees don’t get spoken with by their managers to change their old ways to ensure fresh top quality food. Yet again I am very disappointed as a consumer that Canes has failed to provide their mission to me. Hope this helps any future customer.

Canes is outstanding and hard to beat. The whole family loves this place. We got the 25 tailgater, fries and extra sauce....everyone loves the sauce. The place was clean and the staff was really nice. The drive theu was packed, went inside to get the food and beat almost all of them. Wish they had onion rings.

My kids love Canes (I think it's the sauce). Food is good. Service is ok depending on who's working. Need to fix there water dispenser on the soda fountain. Prices seem a little high.

i honestly can’t imagine what these workers have to put up with, you guys need to stop putting these people out in 90 degree humid weather just to take my order, it doesn’t make the line go any faster, i literally tried to bring it up to a manager and all he could say was they offered the worker outside ice and they switch off workers, still honestly so cruel and such a bad look. seems like i hit a nerve with the manager he clearly didn’t like that i was concerned. nevertheless, Thank you to all the drive thru employees for ur hard work! you guys definitely deserve better working conditions.

I went through the drive thru, the forget one of my box meals ,one of my drinks were wrong . Went back thru and the young lady at the window was very rude and treated me if it was my fault. Other than that the food was great.
