I drive the city bus for a living, needed quick food to eat. I arrived at 8am for breakfast, their dining room was closed. I arrived at 10:44 to try to get food, the doors to their dining room was still locked.

They advertise Dining room hours from 7am-10pm on the doors. This is FALSE advertising. If they are short staff, put a sign up informing customers that the dining room is closed!

Seldom gets my biggie bag order right. Forgot my drink, burned my cookie. Car ahead was waiting for almost 10 minutes with no response from folks taking orders. Killed my lunch break time. Will be avoiding going forward. Service always stinks here

If you are looking for food after 6 o clock pm, avoid this Wendys. Ordered a Dave single plain with small fry and 6 piece nugget. Dave single was not plain had everything on it, and the fries and nuggets had most definitely been sitting for hours. Fries were cold and nuggets were hard. Avoid this joint at all cost

Rude drive thru employee. I thought the speaker was broke and couldn't hear anything. Told her I would order at the windows and she got mad at me about it. She was just whispering the whole time too. She was clearly upset to take anyone's order as she was rude to the car behind me too. Asked for condiments and she told me no she can't give me any. I will be avoiding this location moving forward

My husband and I stopped by to grab food before heading home, but were met with an extremely disappointing experience. The restaurant was clearly open, with employees visible inside, yet we were completely ignored in the drive-thru. No one answered at the speaker, so we pulled up to the windows and honked to get someone’s attention. Shockingly, the employees just stood there, looking at us but refusing to help or explain what was going on. This kind of blatant disregard for customers is unacceptable, and we left without being able to order. Very disappointing experience.

I went to the place and it has been upgraded since last time, it has a clean and tidy feel and the food mostly comes out hot and delicious. Their workers are polite and friendly. Although their service is pretty good it is slow sometimes.

Parking: The parking is always open because it’s not that packed all the time.

it is impossible to pick up the order when the door is closed

Tried to go inside at 2:00pm on a Wednesday and the doors were locked on national cheeseburger day at that could only use drive thru and it took 5 plus min each car just to get to the speaker to order needless to say we left
