“Buckeye is the best and only. I moved my table last week so they disassembled, treated pockets and bumpers, replaced felt, and re-assembled at an incredibly reasonable price for the effort. The office and the technicians are total pros. Never went to the store and shop but plan to soon to take advantage of some of the vintage inventory. Always yearning for the days of pinball and packman, and they deliver it with vintage service which is hard to come by these days.“
“This is a class act establishment. Corry and crew pay attention to all of the little details that makes one visit very enjoyable. Their spirit selection is one of the best in Ohio. Guinness on tap is poured with perfection (if you're a Guinness drinker, you know what I am talking about). They also have my personally favorite, Pilsner Urquell on tap also. Not to be limited to just high quality beers they have wines, cocktails, absinthe and of course a wide selection of martinis. If the weather permits, step out back on the patio. Where the plants are meticulously cared for. The surroundings much resemble German Village in Columbus.“
“Nice little neighborhood bar. Great pizza shop next door is always tasty. Bar staff is always so helpful and nice. The big screens up top are pretty amazing too. Always a lot of fun to sit out back too, especially when they have live music.“
“The signage still says private club but a local told us that anyone is welcome. We stopped in town to check out a little street fair. There wasn’t much going on at the fair so we ended up at the Tall Timber because my husband had heard good things about their wings. I’m not a wing lover but they looked good. They were huge, the biggest wings I’ve ever seen. They were offering 3 wings and a side of fair style fries for $10. The locals were welcoming. The inside was decorated for Halloween. They were showing everything from Andy Griffith to sports on the televisions.“
“Had great cold beer, and the best damn cheeseburger, with fries topped with hot sauce, sour cream, bacon and cheese!!! Josh is a great bar tender/ cook! We liked how he cracked open our can of brew as it was served. We will definitely be back. Joan from Michigan and Sue from Ohio!“
