Just leaving this review because the experience I had over the phone was a little weird. On the phone for 10 minutes, and I get to the end to where I give my card info since our order was over $50. The lady says one moment while they process it. Puts me on hold for like 10 seconds only to come back on the phone and say she’s sorry but they just got a notification that they’re not accepting orders over the phone? Just felt kinda sketchy to me

Went on a Monday for lunch and it was chilly in the quiet restaurant. Got the BLT&A salad and it was fine, but huge without enough toppings ~ not much avocado or bacon but tons of cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, ongoing with large croutons on a huge bed of mixed purples and greens. My friend got one of the daily egg specials but they were out of the regular potatoes and the subbed tater tots weren't the fresh alternative we hoped for. Service was good, fast and friendly.
Parking: I'm not sure but parking may be valet option. I parked by Crate & Barrel approx 3min walk in the elements, ... sidewalk then through the courtyard.

It was terrible service we had a reservation for 6:30 and finally got our food at 8:30 I saw our waiter 2 times the whole time we were there and never got refills. Mind you the restaurant was not busy. The burger buns were hard and the food was lukewarm for how long we waited. Our waiter had a crop top on and I could see her entire back. Never going back terrible do not recommend at all

Horrible. I ordered this through door dash this evening and I’m not sure if it’s just door dash orders they mess up or dine-in orders too. Tots and cheese curds were extremely dry and overcooked yet cold and not warm at all (how long were these sitting out?! My dasher picked the order up very quickly). Burger was extremely dry and tasteless. Chicken quesadillas were actually hot but chicken was super dry. Won’t be giving this place another chance and very disturbed they put out such junky food.

Tip gate is real. They're tip calculator on their recips is doing incorrect math. It might say 20% but it's actually 28%. Also when we were there, it took really long to get our drinks.

I was visiting from Columbus, and stayed at the hotel across from Bar Louie. I visited the restaurant twice this week--Monday and Wednesday. Both days the restaurant had only a few people during the evening. Monday, I had a perfect experience. My sister and I sat at the bar and we split the chicken sliders and had a cocktail. The food was fresh and hot. I wanted to try a martini, and was informed that certain martinis were on happy hour menu, so I decided to try the Purple Reign-- it was the best! I made the best selection! The bartender was very friendly and helpful.
Now to Wednesday. It was the total opposite of Monday's experience. I ordered the fish and chips; my sister ordered chicken sliders again; and my brother ordered the chicken tenders entree. My sister and brother enjoyed their meals, but I could not eat mine after a few bites --the fish had a mushy texture. I have eaten many fish and chips, and fish should be white and flaky and not mushy and somewhat translucent. I eventually called over the waiter (after he never provided any attention to our table since taking our order-- never even asking how was everything, or if we wanted dessert or anything else). I asked was the fish supposed to be mushy. He took a sample of fish to inquire from the cook, and came back and stated the cook said, "yes" it is supposed to look like this. If I had not been so tired that day, I would have asked for a replacement meal; but I just let it go, and just ate some of my fries--$19 wasted! Most people in restaurant was ordering sliders, burgers, flatbread, etc. I guess I should have known better to order fish at a restaurant like this as most people do not order fish from a restaurant like this, and fish may have been frozen too long.
One recommendation: The young waiter needs some training on how to wait tables. He was not personable, never smiled, not even sure if he even introduced himself. The restaurant was mostly empty, but he passed our table multiple times without ever checking back on us. I will admit, I do not want a waiter to check on me ever five minutes, but he did not once check on us. Most waiters would have at least somewhat apologized for a meal not being up to par, but he had such a nonchalant attitude even after I told him my meal was not edible. But that is okay...I will not let this one experience deter me from returning, I will just come for drinks and appetizers.

We were there today-a Saturday afternoon. All customers were in the bar-it was not crowded. The music was very loud. The service was slow. We ordered food and it took 30 minutes to be served. Our server said the kitchen was backed up. From what?! There were maybe 20 customers in the bar. The food was good with the exception of the biscuits-they were hard as hockey pucks-inedible. The chicken breast, eggs, and home fries were good. My husband's burger was good. Overall, the experience was mediocre.
Our server was nice. Not sure if it's all locations or just this one but the atmosphere has changed. I'll leave it at that.

Unfortunately this location has a rude/terrible waitress late at night. My group was looking for a place to grab some appetizers and a few drinks. We stopped in at 11:45pm. We stood at the wait to be seated sign and were ignored until we started heading for a table. Then she ran over to us and ran us out the door saying that it is too late to order anything and too late to sit at the table. (Their closing hours say that they close at 1 am). They only had about 4 or 5 customers in the entire place at the time.
