We usually have good experiences at Brio, but this was potentially the worst service we've ever had. The server didn't seem like he knew where he was half the time, items were late or came after we already ate it, one of the dishes was entirely wrong, and he asked us if he could borrow our pen for us to sign the bill.
Service was inattentive for us being one of the only tables in the place (two tables including us, more than an hour before close on a Saturday). It took her ten minutes to drop off and come back for the check, even though they had turned the lights on. We asked for more bread, when she came back to the table with our entrees we reminded her and she was pretty snippy about “yah I'm getting it” but then came back to tell us they shut the bread oven down. The wedge salad and the tiramisu were really good though, and pasta portions were large.
I rated this restaurant so low because my wife and I went in on a Friday at around 2 o’clock and were basically ignored by the female bartender there. We were willing to try it, but nobody would serve us. I wanted to talk to the manager, but they were not around. How will this restaurant survive to be honest?
We never got half our food. The bartender was NEVER at the bar. The food was not great. The service was disgraceful. Very poor management. I will NEVER BE BACK. EVER.
We had a Brio in Westlake that closed. When I visited this one, I was reminded of how much I missed the Brio near us. The food and service was excellent.
I will return Dominique was great

It has been a long time since visiting Brio, and after this visit it may be even longer. When we were at the restaurant, it was after the normal lunch time and it was very quiet. However, it seemed that the staff had not been able to clean up the restaurant very well, with debris on the floor and many tables not cleared. During our meal we experienced long gaps in server availability. Coffee refills almost impossible to get in a timely manner. The first cup of coffee we received was spilled onto the saucer and napkin. When items were requested, the server was most polite and friendly, but was not proactive. We had to clear our own table between courses and stack dishes in order for the server to realize they needed to be removed. The food was in fact very good, but for the menu prices, the service and cleanliness should be a priority (including bathroom, where a cleaning towel was left in one of the sinks).
It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed. We were 2 of 4 people at the bar. Bar tender was not attentive at all. Service was slow and food was overpriced for what you received. We left after having one drink and an appetizer and went to Cedar Creek Grill for dinner.
Enjoyed my brunch at Brio for my younger sister's birthday. We were given a large table for an additional guest, and the server was attentive and hospitable. My family and I enjoyed her very much. My hope is that Brio continues to improve on its pricing and food quality. The pasta Alla vodka was very good, I wish the portion was bigger. The berries and waffles were average. One plate of waffles was overcooked and was re-made. The steak plates came out very good to my family as well, that included a top serloin and medallions.
Host and waitstaff was very friendly and helpful. The food was underwhelming in flavor after a very long wait. The restaurant was very busy and seemed to be understaffed for the evening. The menu has many choices for food and drink.
Booked this on a whim and should have read prior reviews. The host and waitress were very nice, but this was the least efficient restaurant I have been to in awhile or maybe ever. We had a reservation and waited over 45 minutes to be seated, another 30 minutes till we got a single cup of coffee. Not even waters. It was a bad sign when no tables around us (which had been there much longer) had any food at all. The ambiance was very weird as I've never been in a restaurant so packed, but so quiet, as there wasn't the usual sounds of dishes clinking, or happy chatter. Almost 90 minutes in we decided to completely forgo our meal entirely and left. The waitress was very sweet and said the single cup of coffee we received was on the house. I was confused why things were moving so slowly as there was plenty of staff available.
