Got food 4/5/2025, this is not the first time we have had such a negative experience at this chipotle. The music was blaring towards the customers (note this was not the ambiance music that the building makes it was an employee speaker) and multiple times we have gone there at like 5-7pm and they were out of multiples things I just don’t get it. And it’s in such a prime location…

I had a disappointing experience at another Chipotle location that wasn’t prepared at 11 AM—no steak, brown rice, lettuce, or fajitas available. Frustrated, I came to this location, and they completely turned things around. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out, and I truly appreciate them fixing the other location’s mistake. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Highly recommend this location!

This chipotle is the worst chipotle I have ever been to over 10 years of eating regularly at chipotle. I come here because it’s the closest location to my house and every single time I’ve been here, without fail, They are out of something basic: chips, chicken, rice…SODA! they are constantly out of basic items and do not manage inventory well. They are a complete mess they make me hate chipotle

Great experience! Food was fresh and given in a good portion. Staff was great. Best part was restaurant was CLEAN. Been to so many recently that were filthy it was nice to go to one that was actually clean and the pop machine worked!!! Only negative is phone service sucked in there and the chipotle app wouldn’t open or even load.
I cant give less than one star unfortunately. They forget something in literally every online order. Workers aren’t friendly and the service is the worst I’ve seen at any location.

I walked in being the only customer for them not to have certain items. I had to wait on fajitas, the rice wasn't fully cooked which ruined the whole bowl. There should be no reason I have to find something else for dinner because of this terrible experience, smh. Never again with this location.

I walked in and there were 4 employees in the kitchen arguing. All 4 employees saw me and ignored me. One employee said to the others, “you have a customer in line.” After 10 minute is me waiting patiently. One employee says, “we are online orders only.” This is the second time I have been to this chipotle and the employees were arguing and ignoring the customers. Horrible service!

Cannot express how terrible of an experience I had at this location tonight. The most horrible customer service - staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. Not to mention, I had to stand around and wait until the cashier decided to get off her phone and cash me out. And the food? No rice, no steak and very limited chicken, which of course was dry. I recommend skipping this location.
