Never seen such an energetic and joyful crew do so little work. Several items were out, no ice in the drink machine, mess everywhere. No line and still took several minutes for someone to begin getting our order.

Literally the worst run Chipotle in existence. Stopped coming here 2 years ago because it was so poorly run and mis-managed.
Thought I would give it another shot and nothing has changed. Waited in line for 10 min (because they only have 1 person making orders at 8pm on a Friday)… only for them to yell out “we are out of white rice for 30 min”.
The reason I stopped coming before was because no matter when you would go they would inevitably be out of the most common ingredients (rice, guacamole, salsa, you name it). This is the result of poor management and employees who just don’t care.
How hard is it to anticipate that you are going to need to start rice (because you’re running low)? instead of waiting until you use the last scoop.

Service here was so incredibly bad. I went in on 8/23 to get a bowl and I stood there for close to 5 mins before anyone even approached me to take my order. The woman working then didn’t even say hello or hi or what can I get for you, literally just looked at me and nodded her head. Then the boy who finished my bowl was even worse. I’ve been working in service industry for years, no one wants to be treated like that when they’re paying $20 for one meal.

I visited this Chipotle recently, hoping for a quick and smooth lunch pick-up. I ordered ahead for a 3:30 PM pick-up time, but when I arrived right on time, my food wasn’t ready. While that was a minor inconvenience, what really stood out was the overall atmosphere and service.
The store felt noticeably unclean that day. There was no ice in the machine, and another customer even pointed out the lack of basic cleanliness. The staff, unfortunately, didn’t come across as welcoming or particularly friendly.
When I tried to switch out a topping that turned out to be just cut-up tomatoes and onions instead of an actual salsa, I got a pretty curt response. I was basically told “that is salsa” rather than being offered a simple exchange, and then was informed a regular salsa would cost extra. It just felt like the staff wasn’t interested in making the experience positive.
In the end, it wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it was definitely one of the more disappointing Chipotle visits I’ve had. Given the location, I expected a bit more in terms of cleanliness and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope they can improve for future customers. Thanks for reading!

Given that I used to come here a lot, I've always considered that at some point the customer service isn't up to par of what my expectations are for a widely large franchise.
I do need to say that when it comes to the managers/owner of this location, the attitude of your workers is a reflection of yourselves and how to provokes customers to never return to your location.
The communication skills need to be improved drastically, especially when you're dealing with a variety of different customers with different interests of the very menu their ordering off.

Usually I don't complain. However I had two online orders that were made wrong. Tried contacting someone, didn't get anywhere online. Counters are always a mess, staff is always rude, chips are stale. won't be going back. Staff act like high schoolers and care more about their personal lives than helping customers.

I’ve never been made to cry at a restaurant before but today was a first. Came in with my two kids and was treated so rudely it brought me to tears. DO NOT GO HERE if you have kids. I will never go to this chipotle ever again.
