“The young man at the service counter had excellent customer service. He was polite and patient with a "needy" customer, and that was nice to see. The tuna wrap and the tuna sandwich that he made for us were done well. We could not have done anything differently, but maybe the bread toasted slightly better. The service pushed this rating to 5 stars. Well done, Subway.“

Jackie was the best server! She really took good care of us and made sure we were happy during and after our meals. She's absolutely the best server one can ever hope for! “word cannot even describe how heavenly these cookies and baked treats are. The smores bars instantly transport me back to my grandma's house, in front of the wood stove putting together that messy concoction, yet all you need is a napkin. I found them at UH farmers market but will definitely be ordering more.“

“The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

I do not need people to do a backflip but if a new or returning customer comes in, please be kind and inviting. Please do not make it seem like you do not want to provide them with service. I would hesitate to recommend to others base on experience.“

It’s centrally located and whether i’m eating in or taking out, The Cafe Honeycomb manages their business like you are their only customer, with attention to every detail. “Went for early afternoon breakfast. We ordered the Tri-Fecta, Belgium Waffle, 2 scrambled eggs, a blueberry compote, and chicken apple sausage with a kale tonic fresh juice. It was delicious...the server was attentive, it was a bit busy and the food came out in under 10 minutes of ordering!“
