The worst Starbucks ever, the worker with the green hair was completely racist and prejudice against my wife and sister cause they were wearing a scarfs, she starts to mop the floors as we sitting!!!! I heard rasict comments in the background before the counter! We recorded everything. My lawyer going to be taking actions against this place and Starbucks

Staff is EXTREMELY rude and have zero customer service skills. One of the employees making a comment, “I don’t get paid enough for this.” I was charged for a venti and received a tall. When I mentioned this to them, they started making rude remarks.

I’d suggest that if you don’t hear something you ask, politely, for a customer to repeat themselves. Don’t be snide or rude.

Awesome location, I visit quite frequently most of the employees have a good attitude, provide excellent customer service. I just visited early morning and one of the employees they had today had a horrible attitude, and did not provide good customer service, I would suggest find the bad apple and send them off. It would be a shame to ruin such a good store’s reputation, just from one of the employees!

it doesn’t seem like anyone wants to work there, the coffee never taste good it tastes like dirty skunk water and when i came in to order my refresher i took one sip of it and it dropped on the floor, every single worker just looked at me like i was stupid no one offered to help get a towel or anything, terrible customer service.
