3:00 to 6:00 happy hour at Capital Grille is amazing and worth every penny! The lamb chops are so tasty that I can't wait to go again. Pakie is a phenomenal bartender, and he serves us with a smile, every time!

The Capital Grille is the best upscale steak house in the metro Cleveland area and the consistency is impressive. Jose (Beachwood location) may be the best professional server in all of Cleveland. The management staff is also attentive, accommodating, and fair. I will continue to dine here 6-8 times or more per year.

 I took my daughter there to celebrate her birthday. It was my first time at this restaurant everything from the Service to our dinner was absolutely perfect.

The food was delicious as usual but our server was awful! She spent 25 minutes chatting with the table next to us and scrolling through photos on their phone while our steaks were ready to be served and were getting cold! She also never cleared our appetizer plates or gave us warm towels to wash our hands after our shrimp appetizer! We also had dirty dishes sitting on our table for 15 minutes when we finished our meal and had to wait to ask for our check while she again chatted with her friends at the table next to us!

Waitress never cleared off the table. A New York strip was ordered and the waitress never came back to see if it was cooked right. We asked for medium well with slightly pink center and it came well done. I also ordered the salmon and asked if anything came with it. The waitress replied no so I ordered the Brussel sprouts and when my salmon came it in fact had green beans with it.

Tomahawk chop was inedible and had to send back. Drawn butter so salty it was hard to like. Tenderloin was chewy. Usually food is great. This time it wasn't. Service was excellent.
