My Chipotle Chicken was served with burnt chicken, then the incorrect chicken, and the manager offered to take the salad off of the bill. The salad was the only thing I ate during our dinner. As a result, my husband and I had an unpleasant experience all due to food quality. Ruined our dinner together:(

Food was unseasoned and undercooked for many people at my table and had to be removed, or remade. My bistro burger was delicious tho, I might get that to go again one day. The service was not tgat good, the server forgot to ring in my side substitution, took for ever to bring sides sauces to the table, and overall the experience wasn't that good, which was unfortunate because it was for my nephews graduation. Disappointing.

Ordered Chicken enchiladas online via door dash. They forgot my rice and beans and the enchiladas were so salty I had to throw them out. They were inedible
Lemon meringue cheesecake is one of the best desserts I have ever tried in my life. Despite the poor service I see almost every time, I would love to go and have meringue cheesecake again and again.

Waited a hour to be seated which is fine!!! Got a rib eye steak, paid $40 for this steak to be 1/4 inch thick and so dry!. My salad came with no dressing. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress but by that time we were ready to go and on a schedule. A bill over $100 and all I had to eat was bread🤢🫠Very disappointed

We had an excellent experience at The Cheesecake Factory! I ordered the Chicken Parmesan "Pizza Style," it was a huge portion and was delicious! My husband ordered the "Chicken Littles", he enjoyed them very much! Our server Chris was fantastic! He gave excellent service and was very attentive.
