This place is pathetic how the hell are you going to loose an order when you are at the restaurant ordering. What the hell kind of management is running this place . I promise you I will never ever eat there or recommend this place. I ordered the chicken parmesian. The sauce tasted ok, nothing great or horrible. The chicken tasted bland. The service wasn't great. The hostess kept calling names she already called and the other hostess wasn't helping her. The server stacked orders, including drinks. We only requested water for our beverage (we were seated first & she took our order first) and out of 3 tables ours was brought last. Once we gave our food order she immediately went to the next table and then to table 3, before entering them into the system. She apologized to table 2 & 3 for the order not being out yet but never mentioned anything to us. Then the orders were coming out - ours was served last. She didn't ask us if everything was ok until we were just about done. We ordered desert to go and she brought our check before our packaged deserts came out to the table, inquiring if we were ready to pay. Very overpriced restaurant and loud atmosphere, making it difficult to hold a conversation. The dynamics of teamwork is lacking from the moment you walk in.

I’m not very fond of the food choices because they are overly priced and the portions are not large depending on what you order. The steak portion are very small for the money and the gumbo has an extremely amount of rice. I make better gumbo at home. The waitress was nice. She didn’t really go over and beyond but she did her job. I’m not a fan but my family likes going there and I do like the red velvet cheesecake.

Scammers!!! I ordered on DoorDash for pickup. I got a notification saying the order was ready. When I got there I couldn't get anyone to help me for 21 minutes. Every RUDE employee just kept telling me to stand by the bar, which I did for over 20 minutes and still no one helped me. Finally I canceled the order in the app. While I waited for my refund, about 1.5 hours later I got another notification saying the order had been picked up, which is garbage. They had the nerve to mark it as picked up when I left without taking it. Every time I tried to call about it they kept putting me on hold forever. Scammers!!! I'm never ordering from them or DoorDash again. They basically just stole $24.90 from me.

Went to Cheesecake Factory sept 13 for my granddaughters 18 th birthday. Tried to make reservations but was told we couldn’t on a Saturday. So we had 10 people. They gave us a table. I went to get my husband from the bar where he had already spent over 100 dollars waiting for the table. When we returned to our table. There were already a family seater there. Manager apologized for the mistake. Got us another table over an hour later. Gave us his best waiter and an old woman. We only were served by an old lady who took 3 hours to serve us. And we brought a bday cake and asked if they could freeze it because it was ice cream and had pictures of the birthday girl on it. They put it in the in the refrigerator instead and it was melted and ruined by the time we got it. I’m sure our table spent over 500 and it was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.
