Our waitress was top notch. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary. They sprinkled the table with rose petals as requested and brought a plate during our chocolate course that said “Happy 6th anniversary” in chocolate! Amazing place to go, we will definitely be back!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. After recommending this restaurant for a special dinner out with my sister & brother-in-law who live far away, I honestly regret ever suggesting it.
Despite having a reservation, we waited well over an hour just to receive our first course. Unfortunately, my partner & I had to leave before getting to eat, as we had somewhere we needed to be. It was especially disheartening because we so rarely get to spend time with my sister, & this was supposed to be a special night together.
What made the situation even more frustrating is that my sister has gestational diabetes, & such a long, unexplained delay could seriously affect her blood sugars. For the prices this establishment charges, this lack of service is absolutely unacceptable.
Overall, it was a very disappointing & frustrating experience that left us walking away hungry & upset.

Definitely a great place to spend an evening with family, or on a date. We were there 3 hours, so be prepared as this is a 4 course meal! Wait staff was very good, and the atmosphere was phenomenal with good mood lighting. Lots of items to choose from on the menu. You cook your own (I had no idea until we got there) so you have some control over the taste. Lots of fun! This place should definitely be on your list of experiences to try.

For a restaurant that you pay for the experience, our experience was horrible. With a mostly empty restaurant, my party of two was sat in a fairly small room in between two birthday party’s of 6 or more when again, the rest of the place was mostly empty and we could have been sat anywhere else. Service was ridiculously slow for every single part of the meal, and the food was subpar. The portions of each part of the meal were significantly smaller than in past visits, visits that had been much better than this one. The salads we ordered had almost no dressing and had we not known there was supposed to be dressing we would have thought we were given wet lettuce. All of the food was greatly lacking in flavor and service was incredibly inattentive and slow. We were extremely excited for our trip and were very disappointed especially for how much the dinner costs.
Went there for our 23rd anniversary, we had a great experience, we were put in the back room for a little privacy, our service was great, Nichole did a great job making sure we understood the menu before ordering and provided great service between the courses. The general manager also checked on us making sure we were happy during the dinning experience.

My husband and I have been there plenty of times but decided to check out the happy hour. The happy hour is long on the weekend with discounts that are worth it on drinks, cheese and chocolate fondue. We sat at the bar and server Sierra M was a delight and attentive. We custom order a lot and everything came out perfect. We continue to have great quality food and service.

My boyfriend and I went to The Melting Pot to celebrate our 7-year anniversary, and we had such a great time! Nikki was our server, and she was the sweetest, kindest, and completely on top of everything. We absolutely loved her! Not sure if it was the time of day or just the day. Came in for dinner on a Saturday night at 7:30 - service was slow and the meal was nothing like I remember from previous visits. Didn't leave from the place until 10:30 due to extended wait times. Staff was over burdened and food was not fresh.
