Not sure if it was the time of day or just the day. Came in for dinner on a Saturday night at 7:30 - service was slow and the meal was nothing like I remember from previous visits. Didn't leave from the place until 10:30 due to extended wait times. Staff was over burdened and food was not fresh.
We enjoyed our "Summer Dine" promotion night. The cheese fondue, salad, & 3-meat entree were delicious. Our server was wonderful also. We would do it ALL again ! :)
Great service, lovely seating, but portion size of cuts definitely seem smaller than a year ago but price just as if not slightly more expensive
We are occasional visitors to the Melting Pot. This visit in particular was probably the best ever (not that the others were bad but this time EVERYTHING was excellent). We really enjoy the format (cooking your own food) and highly recommend The Melting Pot to anyone considering a visit.
Destiny was a wonderful and attentive server, she gave us a really nice night out!
Destiny did a wonderful job great service and very attentive
We arrived and it took us a bit to understand the menu options. Service and atmosphere were a hit. The food was interesting but not 5-star. Some of the options had too much spice while others were lacking.
DELICIOUS! So fun and easy to cook/dip at the table. Destiny was a wonderful waitress! Mike was also very attentive as the manager.
Destiny was very nice.
Food & atmosphere were incredible. Our server Destiny was amazing. Great night!

Destiny was an amazing waitress and bartender too. Excellent job!!
Very fun experience, brought my mom and sister for the first time. Our server Destiny was very attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend and will be back.
We celebrated Mothers Day at The Melting Pot & was such a tasteful, unique experience. Highly recommended! 10/10 We had the 4 course Melt Out for two, and from start to finish everything was incredibly delicious & the presentation & how wonderful & fun our waitress Ciara was. I got a lemon drop cocktail that our waitress suggested (she gave amazing advice since it was our very first time) that was pretty yummy and went well with all the different foods. For dessert they gave me a plate with “Happy Mother's Day” written in chocolate! We seriously can't wait to go back. A bit pricey overall but well worth it.
Not a bad Melting Pot. Service is good and food is exactly what I expected. I like that for dinner entree, they now have cast iron option so you can "grill" your food. My only gripe is the atmosphere-- it's a little bland and brown, but that's just my personal preference.
Hint: come hungry, especially if you are doing the 4 course, cause it's a LOT of food.

It was a fun experience. The waiter took a really long time to bring us everything though. He was never idle, so they were probably understaffed. Still it took about an hour for us to get drinks, and after all the other waiting, our 6:15 reservation took us to 9:30 to finish up. The food was good, though a bit overpriced for what it was. I recommend 2 to 4 people, 6 people gets a bit hectic as the table gets full and people are reaching across the table to cook in the other pot. All in all it was a fun experience with some room for improvement, I'll try it again sometime.
Vegetarian options: Good veggie options
Dietary restrictions: They asked about diet restrictions and seemed very open to accomodate them.
