Came in on a Sunday. It was busy but around 4pm they said it was an hour and a half wait. Every table was not filled, not even close. The front hostess was not very kind and we asked we’re
They short staffed but they said they had multiple reservations and we have called for reservations before and were told they do not take them. The manager was doing an interview instead of assisting the team and there were 20 people in the front lobby waiting.

It used to be really good but the last couple times has been horrible. The salad very little lettuce and the Chicken quesadia salad was my favorite but just hasn't been good last 3 times I ordered the lettuce wilted and the corn and beans dried up ..and the chicken grizzly..

Food came out hot and fresh and everything Taste about right.

Completely bummed out I have been out of town and was really looking forward to a steak dinner so I ordered myself the brew pub, pretzels and cheese dip and 8 ounce sirloin with a salad and onion rings and a brownie bite. I asked for A1 on the side and didn’t realize there wasn’t any until I got home Which might’ve been OK except for I asked for the steak to be medium well and it was more of a medium rare so definitely more bloody than I like, and I might have been able to hide the taste with A1, but unfortunately couldn’t do that so I really did not enjoy it and the onion rings were pretty soggy ☹️

Had not been to Applebee's for a long time. Ate the spinach artichoke dip with tortillas as appetizer. Was delicious and cheesy on top. For dinner I ordered the Asian chicken salad. It was a nice size meal with breadstick. Excellent dressing. I will order again and highly recommend. Made with green and red cabbage, therefore full of fiber and filling.

I made a review before but need to really go into depth with my experience, Kevin our host brought amazing service to out table of 14, took our pictures, refills, and food seemed quick, for it being my first time going to applebees it was amazing, my boy Kevin will make your day

Kevin made my night at Applebees so much more enjoyable! The food was lowkey mid but Kevin’s presence made it so delicious 😋. I would give it six stars if I could.

I was just here 2 days ago with my two granddaughters Monday April 01, 2025. I am used to very used to craappy service from Applebee's as a whole. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised My server was Kayla or Kayleigh, she was very pleasant and attentive, our food was spot on. I was blown away! Good job guys!

Soon as we walked in we were acknowledge and seated. Our server was Olivia. She is always very polite, kind and checked out table asking if we were on and how was the food. Olivia is very pleasant and has great customer service skills , that I appreciate. Thank m you Olivia for being so kind .

The food was delicious. Chicken Wonton Tacos and Honey Pepper Chicken 3 Cheese Penne pasta are my favs on the menu. I ordered the pasta this time, and it was delicious.

One thing I have to point out with this visit: To the owner/ GM whoever- your servers, hosts, etc. do a great job but mannnnnn they look so tired and are severely overworked. I can tell the place was short staffed. I can tell they were drained (and trust me, they were still giving great service and working hard non-stop). This doesn't reflect on them, it reflects on the top "dawgs" in charge. Please do better for your staff. They are working so hard with very little help and deserve the recognition of that.

I will say, they do an amazing job with teamwork too (with the very few people that were working last night). Everyone had each other's back, which should be something management should absolutely be proud of.

So that's the reason why the overall rating was 4 stars, with the service category being 3 stars.

Otherwise, it was a great visit with a couple friends after a long day of hiking. Thanks for having us!
