I don’t eat Arby’s often but I’ve been to this location a few times and I was here earlier today. I received good customer service, the food came out in a timely manner, I received fresh food and the restroom was clean. It’s not many fast food establishments that will check all the boxes but this one was it. Thanks for giving quality service where many other establishments are lacking

Today we got 2 fish sandwiches from the Macedonia, Ohio Arby's. Big disappointment this store is going downhill. The 2 fish sandwiches did not taste fresh at all and we're dried out. Probably beyond their hold times which is not a good thing for fish especially. We also had 2 potato cakes. Both of these items tasted like the oil had been used too many times. And for as much as I love the potato cakes these were too greasy. We have been coming to this Arby's, for approximately 20 years. Have you changed vendors for your fish? We used to prefer your fish to McDonald's. Don't know that will be trying this again, since it left a bad taste in our mouths.

The staff was very friendly and fast. However I highly recommend you don't try their new beef n peppers sandwich. There was the smallest bit of meat on the sandwich and I didnt get any peppers either. Definitely not worth the money.

Not a big Arby's fan, but it was good and staff was cool.
The family meal was put on top of the Apple turnover everything in one bag the sandwiches was put together like a kindergarten cheddar on one side, red ranch on the other the giant roast beef sandwich that I ordered extra was short on the meat a little over two Ounces and the fries were dumped out through the whole bag. Everything was in one bag $24 and I had to remake the sandwiches and sort out the fries and nuggets. Never again.

Got cheated on my food. Only got one half pound sandwich even though one was supposed to be a meal. So I paid for two half pounds and got one, paid for 1 double, and got 2. I live in Cleveland, and that's too far to travel back and burn more gas than it is worth. So I have been burnt twice by Arby's, and I'll gladly say it's the last time as long as I may live. This is the worst place yo get satisfactory food and service. I never expected excellent, but dang, man, at least try.
