Check your order before you pull out of the drive thru. I ordered chicken sandwich with potato cakes. I received a roast beef sandwich. Called..they said they would make it right.

Has a strange vibe w the staff. Drive through is horribly slow due to management understaffing.
Ordered two gyros on Saturday, May 10th to go. The cashier charged me tax when she shouldn't have. I charged the purchase and she was trying to refund me the difference in cash. I told her that she could just give me a side dish. I said potato cakes would be fine. When I got home to eat the meal, the pita bread was on the stale side, the gyros were not even warm (I live 2 minutes away) and the potato cakes were ice cold in the middle. I didn't go back to complain but will not go back to this Arbys. It's a shame as I grew up on their roast beef sandwiches and the jamoca shake remains one of my all time favorites and it was ice having one close to home.

I don’t eat Arby’s often but I’ve been to this location a few times and I was here earlier today. I received good customer service, the food came out in a timely manner, I received fresh food and the restroom was clean. It’s not many fast food establishments that will check all the boxes but this one was it. Thanks for giving quality service where many other establishments are lacking
