July 27 I ordered a sunshine skillet when I picked up the item the potatoes were burnt. He gravy was burnt and when I went back in to ask about the gravy, I was told with all of it looks like that I will never return to this Bob Evans on Highland Hills in Macedonia, Ohio

The server was horrible, didnt even ask for our drinks, the food was gross, my husband got sick the next morning, i had a hair in my food and the omelet had raw uncooked veggies in it, the drink glasses were dirty. And the server didnt even apologize. Never will i go to this bob evans again! I should have known when there was hardly any cars in the parking lot at 530pm. The manager just took off my hair in food meal and we still paid full price for my husbands and sons meal which never got bread with it and the pancakes looked gross. Im usually not a complainer about restaurants but this was such a terrible experience.

We came in for dinner and the place was empty. I got a salad and the lettuce was super wilty. If it was a shred mix that I had at home in my fridge, I'd have thrown it out. I certainly wouldn't have served it to people paying for it. I didn't say anything to our server, because I felt bad after some other issues that had arose during our visit. I wish I had sent it back because it ended up making me sick, and it lingered most of the next day. We will NOT be back to this location.

My friend ordered the summer salad. When she got it they only had about 5 or 6 half pieces of not very ripe strawberries. When she questioned th waitress as why didn't she come back & say you didn't have the fruit, she said she didn't know until it was made. Not good. My friend should have been offered a different menu item & not even servered such a sorry salad.

Not sure why, but most older Bob evans that I go to always have a bathroom smell if you sit within 40 feet. The food was good, but our server was never to be found when we needed something. We tried their strawberry supreme pie...it looked like some cheese cream pie, but when we ate it at home, it only tasted like whipped cream. We bought two pies (one for a party and one for my family). So I freezed it to see if it helped with the taste of the cheese cream. I won't be back for the pie...not with the price.
