Husband and I went to eat here after a terrible day to get some comfort food. Waitress was very nice but the food was not good. We waited a long time for our food and when it arrived there were some issues. Our onion rings were overcooked and tasted like old cooking oil. My burger bun was drenched in steak sauce and practically inedible. My husband asked for no lettuce on his burger but got lettuce. I didn't say anything to the server, she was so nice and after the terrible...

Unfortunately my visit today was lacking quality, my husband and I ordered food for pick up, I get home and realize my order is missing multiple small items. My salad is missing the dressing, my LOADED mashed potatoes are missing the sour cream (both the loaded mash and salad is extra so it'd be nice if all items were in there). My husband was missing the syrup for his pancakes and we were missing butter. It's very upsetting to have to now get into the habit of checking...

I wished there were more than five stars for service. Jessica was outstanding as our server and made sure everything was just right. Super friendly yet professional. Excellent service by Jessica.
