I’ve been to many locations and ordered the triple dipper and I know how their mozzarella sticks are supposed to taste. I got the triple dipper at this location and I got the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and they were completely soggy. The last thing I ever wanna do is complain but when you’re paying almost 17$ for a triple dipper, I’m not gonna eat soggy mozzarella sticks like they weren’t cooked all the way. I told the server and she replies that since there sauced mozzarella sticks, there gonna be more soggy, I couldn’t even believe that was her response. I’ve never had soggy mozzarella sticks from chilis and I always get them sauced. She said she would ask the kitchen and have them remake them, she brings them out and they’re so overcooked and way to crispy I still didn’t eat them. Server said she told them to make them crispy, I just don’t think this location knows how to cook them. Overall the server knew I didn’t eat them and that they were way overcooked at that point and I didn’t get a discount and still paid 18$ for my meal. Was very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

One of the young server boys, Kaleb, is one of the best servers I’ve ever had! He seems very experienced and my chilis experience was immediately amplified when he greeted me with a warm welcome. He truly deserves a raise!

I ordered the 3 for me with bacon cheese burger, and chips and salsa. I also ordered chicken bacon quesadillas and boneless wings. The burger was sloppy, the meat was falling apart and the bacon was burnt. The cheese on the quesadilla was also burnt. The chips were all broken up like they were the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. My nephew had the boneless wings; he said they were ok. I had dishes all over the table, the waitress Cassandra, kept walking passed the table like I wasn’t there. Myself and my nephew didn’t have any room on the table because of the empty dishes that were on the table. Cassandra could clearly see that there was no room on the table as she kept walking by looking, but she didn’t nothing. I had to call her to the table and ask her to remove the dishes so I could’ve had some room to pack my food. Cassandra kept calling me girl which I felt was a sign of disrespect because I’m a black woman. The floor was filthy and nasty. Also the bathroom didn’t have any paper towels to dry your hands so I had to grab the door with my shirt. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location and I will not be returning.

Just went in for lunch as we always do loved coming here, we drive 35 mins weekly to come eat. Today I had two kids with me we sat for 20 mins with servers walking by us looking at our table that had nothing on it. We ended up leaving bc my kids were hungry but no one ever came to the table. This place has gone down hill I miss the old staff they were so much better!!

I always get the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and the salad. The salad is quite small. You will definitely be full from the quesadilla, it's not real full of ingredients but it's ok. The tortilla chips are really good and fresh, the homemade ranch dressing is really good.

Always crowded..

First time going to Chili's in a long while. I live up by lake Erie and all the chilis are gone from me. Macedonia is a 40-minute drive. What is worth every dollar I spent food was great. Service was superior and would definitely recommend
