On Monday around 1pm I ordered 6 count of mozzarella sticks to go, and only got 5. Not only didn’t get what I paid for but also I gave tip. Never again.

Great service. Really good food. Had the trio fajitas and I have to say better then a lot of Mexican places I have eaten. Will return for sure

Food is great, but service can be absolutely horrendous half the time depending on who they have on staff.

Willow was our most recent server, and she didn't check on our table a single time after getting our drinks and orders - and we were there for over an hour. When we recognized that this was the same server that we had the last time we were there, we knew it was going to be a bad experience, because she did the same thing to us the first time.

We've been long time patrons of this spot, but I can't say we will be for much longer if we get service like this again...

The server willow is absolute trash and very slow. Does not come back to her tables more than twice, to drop drinks and food off. Had to ask other servers for to go containers and refills on drinks. It was not busy either.

Arrr, Chili’s be a fine port for a hungry crew lookin’ for comfort and flavor! I dropped anchor and feasted on quesadillas stuffed with melty cheese and warm tortillas, alongside chicken tenders cooked golden and crispy like fresh-fried treasure. The portions be hearty, the food be quick to reach the table, and the crew runnin’ the place be friendly and welcoming, keepin’ spirits high throughout the meal. A reliable stop when yer stomach be rumblin’ louder than the cannons. Five parrots out of five! 🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜 — From the strangest reviewer in the seas, sailin’ away satisfied and full!

So it was my 1ST TIME EVER eating at Chili's and they did NOT disappoint!! Everything was amazingly great the drinks were strong and the food tasted amazing. It was so much food we had leftovers for the next day,the atmosphere was such a great vibe. I sat at the bar and Miranda was the BEST BARTENDER EVER! Exceptional customer service and such a gem. I assured her I would be coming back and would be a regular Lol Thank you to the entire staff for an Amazing dinner.

I was there over this past weekend (Saturday 01.20.2025); I was part of a large group who waited for a table of 10 to leave. However, they (the table of 10) had been sitting for some time with no one picking up dishes, glasses etc to encourage them to move along since they were very busy. Yes, I know because the adults stood watching and then decided to bring in the rest of the group hoping to move the restaurant a bit to get us seated. The hostess could have asked if we would be okay with a booth and then a table directly across from the booth, or there were 4/4 top tables along the far wall we cold have moved the tables together - the point there was other options then the very long wait (even with reservation) we had. And if that server could was overload they could have assigned our table of 10 to another server just to get us seated. To be honest after waiting 2 hours I really was no longer hungry. Our wait was long enough we loss one or two from our party. The industry average a restaurant should let a table of 10 sit was 1.5 to 2 hours especially with the volume they had Saturday night. Our server was excellent, food was good, but they need to learn a better way during busy times to sit groups.

This visit was rough 2pm on a Saturday, 25 minute wait I counted 12 tables open. I know, I know short staff right? Covid was 5 years ago. I questioned why multiple people were sat in front of me and the host claimed people were waiting in their cars who knows. Finally we were seated in the bar long time before our order was taken once my order was taken took awhile for the food to come and for her to check on us ask for refills etc. We ordered the full rack or ribs and the three for me burger, fries and chips. I asked for more chips I was declined as if it is part of the three for me, no more chips. That is a first for me. The ribs were fatty this time not enough sauce asked for extra sauce never got it. Just not a good visit the North Olmsted location I much better. This one needs to work on all areas. Dissapointed.

Been here three times in the last month or so. It's a good atmosphere with good food. Price value can really bounce around, but it would be nice if the menus actually showed the prices of things. I had a $6 margarita during my second visit, and it was like 3 times bigger than I expected. My last visit, I got a similar but much, much smaller drink, and it was $12. Neither were labeled on the menu.

It feels wildly stupid to have to say this, but ask your server what the prices are. Most items are unlabeled.

Service can also vary. There's one fella who looks like he's not from around here. He doesn't do refills.

Ate at the bar, was pretty busy so staff were understandable busy. We were taken care of by Michelle and Miranda. After we were done eating our food we were waiting for someone to come for checks and boxes. No one can and our server was busy so we instead asked the server, with glasses and brown hair, who had a moment and asked for boxes. She threw the boxes on the table with a whole bunch of unasked attitude. I understand it is busy however no one even bothered to check up on us.
