Chipotle Mexican Grill

Literally the last 3 times i have went here, they are only doing online ordering.

This location is so nasty. There was disgarded food all over the counters and floor, trash full and it smelled like a dirty restroom in there. There was no cashier so they only took online orders. I would not want to walk in to pick up an online order with it looking that disgusting.

If you want to be disappointed and receive an order that isn’t yours, this is your place. Nothing more upsetting than spending $50 on a door dash order for 2 people and get not what you ordered. Just might as well grab three $20 bills and flush them down the toilet.

Consistency is something this chain in the past always has delivered on. Unfortunately that's a thing of the past!
This location needs corporate to come in and do some serious retraining. As an industry person you want to always give the benefit of the doubt, however wiping hands repeatedly on their aprons, the line is a mess, and the music coming from the dishpit was so loud you couldn't even hear yourself think.

8 pm on a Saturday. Only saw 2 workers. Food prep area looked like a mess and was told they were out of chicken and pork. Walked out.

Already out of ingredients during dinner time, outside was obviously unclean (there was a burrito bowl in the landscaping??) and the lettuce and meat had big chunks that weren’t chopped. Tons of onions and they were also not chopped right so you had random big chunks. Rice very much overcooked. It ended up being so off I threw it away and went across the street to Canes. They printed my receipt before my card authorized (never had this happen before when I’ve made a purchase!) and it was a business expense. Will definitely avoid coming to in the future.

I’m tired of getting chipotle but not getting what I pay for. They barely give you anything of anything. This chipotle has gone down hill MAJORLY since switching GMs and basically the whole team getting switched. They don’t give you a spoon full of anything. The other day I had someone in front of me ask for one more piece of chicken and the worker was like so you want double? The chips are consistently stale and do not taste like how chipotle chips are supposed to taste like. MAJORLY disappointed you will be losing my business Id rather make everything yall make at chipotle at home because you guys can’t even make it right.

One of the worse chipotle’s I’ve been to. They were out of steak and different kinds of chicken. The manager seemed frazzled and the lady working the counter was rude. Despite being out of several meats, there was nobody on the grill trying to rectify the situation. The chips were also stale and the bathroom was grimy. Definitely a location in need of some physical and managerial upgrades.

I usually have a great experience with online orders at this location. However, I recently paid for a double chicken Chipotle bowl and got home to find there was no chicken at all. The receipt on the bag clearly reflected my correct order, so it was disappointing to see the mistake. Lesson learned — I’ll place my orders in person moving forward to ensure everything is right.

Food was bland. Idk if they just decided not to season the meat or what. Bathrooms smell horrendous. Worste location ive ever been to hands down.

This place is a joke. Was told they were out of cheese. Hot girl in front of me got cheese. Guy told me they had chips. Cashier said they didn’t. Organic drinks there when I got in line. Organic drinks gone by the time I got my cup.

The staff had bad attitudes . An had the dining room closed 3 hrs before they closed . Do not plan on going back to that location
