Today, I drove there and had to leave because they said you can only order online. What the heck!

Writing review while standing in line ..Long line only one person on food and register multiple people in back doing nothing have been in line now for 20 min and have had one person go through the line. Multiple people have come in and left due to wait for fast food. Food sub par 6pm and already out of items … unacceptable. Also workers were all dirty and greasy looking. Look unsanitary…. I am editing this now 35 minutes in line … this is idiotic. Literally was told they are out of burrito wraps. …. DO BEaTTER

Went to the store to get food and was told that it was online orders only? Why even have the store open if you can only order online? Why be a food place if you can’t walk in and order food. Terrible look for chipotle

The store being online only is the stupidest thing of all time. I come here every Sunday to get a chipotle bowl and the past 2 weeks it has been online order only. The online order is the worst thing to ever happen to chipotle, the portions are criminal compared to ordering in store. Another thing, I’d say about 40% of the time when I go in there they don’t have any vinaigrette. Something needs to change over there

Portions were perfect. The food was fresh and the employees made sure to accommodate my needs very reasonably. Anaella was attentive and kept the line moving. The other employees not mentioned by name deserved to recognized too. In the back in the front, cashier, ect. This is a 5 star chipotle spot between the cleanliness and the staff taking care of it. I know every experience is different, but id come back here tomorrow and the next day

I keep giving the Macedonia Chipotle my money thinking it wil get better and it only gets worse.
Tonight they had no chicken or white rice at 6:30 pm. I went from last in line to first when 6 people in front of me left. The staff was too busy talking, laughing and checking their phones to notice the mass exodus.
When I finally did order the employee was rude, didn’t give close to double portions when I asked and messed up my order. He seemed happy to tell everyone who walked in all the items they were out of and watching people leave. Several people commented that it was the norm for this location.
I’m done with this store. A much better, more quality, quick service Mexican carry out chain is opening soon. I’ll wait for that and finally get good food and service for my money.

I placed a mobile order for 3 hard tacos. When I got to my destination I see that I received 3 flour taco shells all stacked together with the ingredients I ordered all wrapped up in a pathetic looking burrito thing. Due to a gluten allergy I cannot eat flour tortillas. When I returned the incorrect order the employee did not apologize or offer to fix it… she told me she didn’t make the food and didn’t appreciate my frustration. I told her I have a food allergy and she went on to tell me that the corn chips are made with a wheat binder and are not gluten free. When I pointed out that the company allergen information states otherwise she made it clear that the allergen menu is extremely inaccurate. She also told me there were only 2 broken taco shells left in the restaurant. I asked for a burrito bowl instead which she prepared incorrectly putting a ton of sour cream in when I asked for light and served it with a comment that she hoped I raised my daughter who was with me to treat people better than I do. I did not use vulgar language. I did not yell or shout. I was however irritated - and hungry!! Moreover I do believe there is a currently a lawsuit with Olive Garden for serving food they stated was gluten free and was infact not. Maybe it’s time I contact my attorney since chipotle is misleading customers by serving food their website states is gluten free when it is not…

This is the dirtiest most nastiest Chipotle I have ever been in. I watched the manager temp food using the same thermometer without washing it off.
Now, they are refusing to serve walk in customers.
