I was here yesterday April 02; I normally go to this location and I live 2.4 miles from one. However, this location is always pleasant and fast. They always have a smile and don't get smart and treat you nasty. However, yesterday my granddaughter asked for more chorizo on a burrito she doesn't get rice and it was way less than what she normally receives. This young lady was ignorant, rude and very argumentative with a 12-year-old. The rest of the normal staff stepped...

I love chipotle as a chain but this location kind of sucked! There was 1 maybe 2 girls working the front counter. The one girl was multitasking helping real in store people and doing takeout/mobile orders. She was rushing and just FLINGING the food into the containers. Not rude but rushing me and had an attitude. Huge line of impatience customers, I understand not being happy with your job when you have people to serve and mobile orders. There was a guy in the back kitchen area...

Still one of my favorite Chipotle restaurants in NE Ohio. It’s an “old school” location and the staff are always friendly. Burritos are tasty and sized appropriately. Place was clean and tidy. I wish all Chipotle restaurants were as nice as this one.
