My cookies initially we're lacking the strawberry topping. I asked if they could be touched up some and the employee was so nice about it! I told her it's the best part and she agreed. I really appreciated her kindness. The cookies were perfect and absolutely delicious.
It was quick and easy so go pick up my cookies and they were so good at that. On top of the worker being friendly.

Cookies and the cake were dressed well. Staff were nice. A little sad I found eggshell in my lemon blackberry cake, but otherwise everything was good and was to normal Crumbl standards. I will probably still go to this location again as a cookie gremlin.

Anytime I’ve had the cookies there were not baked. Basically just warm piles of raw dough. I don’t understand how they are so popular when they serve just raw dough all the time.
