We went through the drive-thru about 9PM and ordered two milkshakes. As soon as we started drinking our shakes, my friend found a piece of plastic in her drink! Fortunately, she didn't swallow it. After inspecting the piece of plastic and the cup, we realized that when the kid working there put a spoon in the cup, he broke the plastic dome cover and the plastic chip fell into the drink.
Not to mention, the milkshakes sat for a time because the customer in front of us had an issue and wouldn't move forward after paying. Our drinks sat in front of the cash register while employees were hovering over them, and making change over them. Who knows what type of debris was falling into our drinks.
Might be better to visit during the day when it's not all young kids working there. We didn't drink our shakes. Ten dollars wasted.

I can't really speak much on the atmosphere because this was a drive-thru order. The drive up attendance were very courteous and friendly. I gave only 5 stars on service even though I'm always asked to pull up and wait on my food to come out. I appreciate that my food is being made fresh. 😊

Picked up the 3 piece cod with a side. I was 10 minutes late for my pick up time. It was still nice and hot, even with a 10 minute ride home. All my food was delicious. Good job Culvers in Mac

Culver's is one of those. Not to be confused as a DQ brazier, they have an extensive menu of burgers and shakes along with other sides and entrees that make your belly happy! In short,
I used to think going to Sandusky to a Sonic was a treat, but I'll drive past one in Streetsboro to get to Culver's in Macedonia!
Go get you some goodness!
Btw, the staff here has ALWAYS been top notch! That makes the visit even better!

The double deluxe is a fantastic burger, better than almost any sit-down restaurant. The kids love the fries and cheese curds too. The service is friendly and the wait is usually pretty short.

So the food is delicious, let me get that out of the way. Ordering for curbside pickup is abysmal, however. Every time it says the food will be ready in a few minutes but when you get there you will wait over 20 minutes past when it says its ready before you finally get it. Its not like they are still making the food either because my fries arrive lukewarm despite ordering extra crispy. I still recommend this place but if you order online dont bother with the curbside and just pick up in store. And double check every thing in your order is there.
