The sandwiches here are the best in ohio and the service backs it up. I had no money left and was very thirsty for a water mikey at the counter gave me a water for free i will be sure to come back here .

I ordered a Daves sub online with everything on it. I instead got a turkey sub with no Daves sauce on it. I also did not get the pickle with my sandwich. I am only disappointed because I love this sub so much! Other than this one interaction everything has been great. Also, the staff was friendly as well. I am at work so I could not return to have this fixed. No worries though. I will be back. I will just check my sub next time! 🥰

So freaking gross. We ordered a meatball sub with marinara sauce, hot. What we got was a cold sub with disgusting sauce. It was inedible. 3 bites in, we spit it out and threw it in the trash.

Update: it’s been a couple years since the last review which was previously fantastic customer service and quality food and five stars.
Now, it’s such a shame; completely different quality of food, everything is made differently, the quality of the sandwiches are different and there are less items to choose from and no more pickles! One star.
