Went there to use the restroom and get something to eat, they require you get a key to use the restroom and it’s for customers only. There’s no problem with that but the issue is that the young man who gave my boyfriend and I a key was yelled at and told that we weren’t buying anything so he should’ve never gave us the keys. After we used the restroom, we bought food and watched a DoorDash driver get yelled at and told “not to come back” after using the restroom because he wasn’t “a paying customer” meanwhile he’s picking up food FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER. The DoorDash driver told them maybe they should remember the people who go there often, meanwhile the employees knew his name so you’d think they’d have a little respect for someone who frequently goes there. Do not recommend and will never go back there!

Just look at the picture. No donuts before noon. Do I need to say more? This place is so slow and disorganized. And they're constantly running out of donuts. How does a donut shop that's open until 9pm run out of donuts before noon?

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for about 3 years consistently now. I’ve seen many store managers come and go. Within the last few months, this place has disappointed me every single time. If you want to order inside with cash, forget it. They’ll ignore you for 10 minutes while you wait wondering when someone is going to acknowledge you. I get the kiosk helping with the staffing shortage but I should still have the option to pay with cash and not be ignored.
The staff also is not kind or customer service oriented at all. It’s sad because I used to know the names of everyone who worked here and would have conversations with them. Now, you’re lucky if you get a “how are you?”
I’ll be making my coffee at home from now on as the Dunkin in Northfield Center is also useless.

Terrible customer service. They gave me a refresher full of concentrate. I politely asked for it to be remade and she said No! Like who does that? I’m asking for a remake and she said I should buy another one. So disrespectful and clearly a case of racial profiling because why is this an issue for my drink to be remade after I just paid my money. She needs to work in the city she lives and give them people a hard time. We just want to get a good refresher since the bubble tea is closed next door.

You’re usually not greeted when you walk in. You must wait at the counter for a while until they’ll come over to you.
HORRIBLE customer service! You come in workers just keep doing whatever they're doing. No "Hello, I'll be right with you!" Everyone just keeps doing whatever they were doing as if you're not there. Long wait times.

Avoid this location. It’s 8:15 AM on a Friday morning. Aside from me, there are only three cars in the drive-through. I have been waiting more than 20 minutes now. All I ordered was a black coffee. The manager behind the window,, clearly couldn’t care less. I’m a patient person, I really don’t usually mind waiting in line, but people are just trying to grab a quick coffee on their way to work. 25 to 30 minutes to wait for a coffee is insane. That’s more than my entire commute.
