I think it is incredibly messed up that the management of this building or maybe even the gm has only TWO PEOPLE working in here right now in the mornings and honestly it is always understaffed this is a busy store what the hell is going on here ???? Do you know what city you are serving to the amount of people that commute though here and to this city????? You have completely dropped the ball and are leaving your employees to the wolves. It is always understaffed you are lucky you even have the employees that you do have at this point they are being slammed right now and they do not have enough help. the kiosk does not work!! I tried to do my own order to help the employees who were busy and guess what your scanner would not accept my rewards offers I tried multiple times and in the end had a worker take my order. Get rid of the kiosk and get more employees !!!!!!!!! What a complete joke! Maybe get new management someone who can actually make a schedule lord almighty help this store and their employees to have to work for such dimwitted managment đđđđđ

This is my go to dunkin since I work in the area I usually donât see conner I hoping in spelling his name correctly Iâm sure they had call offs today but he was not being a great lead for his team of two he had working at all he needs to be re trained they were struggling all because he was dragging his no slip across the place and not communicating with them at all to see they were falling behind. The window/order taker kept throwing drinks out because either they were made in correctly because she also was frustrated. This is not the normal for them but I hope Conner gets better leadership training

Since the new store manger took over this place has done a complete 180 and will definitely be coming back. The environment has definitely improved 100 percent and Iâm so happy to be returning to this establishment

I have been to many of Dunkinâs and this one is the worst the service sucks and they prices is not the same I been eating the same thing all week 2.69 to 2.99 is crazy to me visit at ur own risk ( they act like they donât want to work )

Went there to use the restroom and get something to eat, they require you get a key to use the restroom and itâs for customers only. Thereâs no problem with that but the issue is that the young man who gave my boyfriend and I a key was yelled at and told that we werenât buying anything so he shouldâve never gave us the keys. After we used the restroom, we bought food and watched a DoorDash driver get yelled at and told ânot to come backâ after using the restroom because he wasnât âa paying customerâ meanwhile heâs picking up food FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER. The DoorDash driver told them maybe they should remember the people who go there often, meanwhile the employees knew his name so youâd think theyâd have a little respect for someone who frequently goes there. Do not recommend and will never go back there!

How on earth does dunking donuts not ever have donuts to dunk ? 3 days straight I tried to get a dozen and the manager said âwe are outâ thanks now I will never ever ever ever ever ever go to dunkin again

Just look at the picture. No donuts before noon. Do I need to say more? This place is so slow and disorganized. And they're constantly running out of donuts. How does a donut shop that's open until 9pm run out of donuts before noon?

Iâve been coming to this Dunkin for about 3 years consistently now. Iâve seen many store managers come and go. Within the last few months, this place has disappointed me every single time. If you want to order inside with cash, forget it. Theyâll ignore you for 10 minutes while you wait wondering when someone is going to acknowledge you. I get the kiosk helping with the staffing shortage but I should still have the option to pay with cash and not be ignored.
The staff also is not kind or customer service oriented at all. Itâs sad because I used to know the names of everyone who worked here and would have conversations with them. Now, youâre lucky if you get a âhow are you?â
Iâll be making my coffee at home from now on as the Dunkin in Northfield Center is also useless.

Terrible customer service. They gave me a refresher full of concentrate. I politely asked for it to be remade and she said No! Like who does that? Iâm asking for a remake and she said I should buy another one. So disrespectful and clearly a case of racial profiling because why is this an issue for my drink to be remade after I just paid my money. She needs to work in the city she lives and give them people a hard time. We just want to get a good refresher since the bubble tea is closed next door.

Youâre usually not greeted when you walk in. You must wait at the counter for a while until theyâll come over to you.
