We go every year for Christmas breakfast and this year the food was awful and sooooo small. I ordered an omelette and it couldn’t have been no more than 1 egg. The service was great. The food was awful and sooooo small over priced!!

I’ve tried iHOP several times in Dubai, but this was my first time trying it in Canada! I’d been waiting for a halal menu, and finally got to try it last Sunday for breakfast with my group around 10:30 am.
We ordered the Egg Benedict Spicy Polano, Avocado Toast, Big Steak Omelette, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Vanilla Creamy Cold Foam Brew, Coffee, and Chicken Fajita Omelette.
It's a great spot with plenty of options. Our server, Jai, was very friendly and prompt, and the order was taken with perfect accuracy something that often gets messed up at other places when we go out as a large group!

The second we walked in the waitress had a face of thunder, looked us up and down with out saying anything as my friend asked for a table- pointed to a table and put menus down then walked off. After another waitress appeared same dull look on her face- not a friendly inviting waitress you see everywhere else. Asked what drinks we wanted then went off to get them. When she came back she was on the phone via beats earphones arranging her evening events placing all the drinks in front of one person to then move about the table where they belonged. The table was dirty and sticky, the menus were sticky and covered in dried food, the floor had crayons, food and paper straw covers all about- there were 3 members and not one was cleaning whilst we were the only people there. After being there for 10 minutes and seeing all the above we left as I refused to eat and allow my family to eat in such a filthy environment. It was the most disgusting place I have ever been unfortunate enough to enter. Don’t go there and waste your time money or your health.

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location for breakfast. The staff seemed more focused on chatting in the back than greeting or serving customers. Our waitress, Hannah, only checked on us once during the meal and then again at the end to collect payment.
I spent $75, yet my pancakes arrived cold. When I politely asked for them to be remade, it took another 15 minutes, by which time my party was ready to leave. I couldn’t even enjoy my meal, and it felt like a complete waste of money.
Long wait, messed up orders, for example few times asked for my drink not to have ice, but it did. And forcing 20% tip No desire to go back to IHOP ever again.

I'm leaving a comment from a doordasher perspective. I stopped in this morning to pick up an order and there was an issue with it. Needless to say the lady helping me went out of her way to clear everything up and get me back on the road. She also gave me a free cup of coffee for my time. It hit the spot, thanks again for your kindness.

Got seated and Mariana gave us our menu and went to seat everyone else . Took everyone else’s order and put them in the system. Then came over to us to take our order. When the food came out mine was cold and the bacon had hard grease coving it. The sausage was cold and ham was cool. The fruit was hard and all melon and hard. The eggs were cold.
My husband had an omelette and it was nice and hot and the pancakes were hot with one piece of butter on top. The coffee was left over and cold. Worst meal and serve I have ever had.
Told Mariana about my food and she said sorry and walked away to the Manager and they laughed about it and the Manager would not talk to me about any of it she walk out of the restaurant when I came to pay for food I could not eat.
My husband took the bacon, ham and sausage home and my dog would not even eat it..
Very disappointed in management and waiters. Speaking in a differed language thinking I would not understand what they were saying. Laughing about the whole thing . Did not give the 55 year old discount either. Worst serves and food ever!!
