It's Just Wings

It’s just a ghost kitchen in a Chili’s. I hate this nonsense. Sorry Chili’s that nobody wants your food but making up a pretend restaurant won’t help.

I received the undercooked wings and airfryed them at 450degrees for 12 minutes. They were awful. I will not order from the Chili's brand, garbage corp chain restaurant, microwaved food, ever ever again! Undercooked chicked with NO sauce is bad business.If your new name is "It's Just Wings", the company needs to sell great wings!My Doordash driver was great! This great service increased the 2 star review from 1 star.

Did a pick up order. Thought it was a restaurant I hadn't been to before. I was incorrect. Not sure why its called "it's just wings" Also food was cold.

The food was excellent and generous portions. Server, Sara, was very attentive. Had quesidillas salad and my friend had Santa Fe chicken salad. Reasonable prices.

Door dash was perfect but the food trash . I blame wing stop because that’s what I thought I was ordering

Went to dinner with my mom. She had always heard good things about the place so we decided to give it a try. Food was really good and we loved the menu options, but the place seemed to be short staffed. The employees seemed to be overwhelmed. Which is not their fault. Very great place to eat. Will be back again.

Ordered boneless wings and fries. Wings were Luke warm and dry for having a sauce on them, fries cold. Price decent. Overall won't do again. Should've read the reviews

Please don't waste your money on this. This is my second time having them, hoping they would be better. I was very wrong.Sauce is just dumped on top, dry rub doesn't exist.

I was mad because this is chilli restaurant

Ordered through DoorDash and I was shorted. I only received 3 of the 4 orders of wings. I called chili’s to see if they forgot to give the driver all of the order. They were rude on the phone telling me to contact DoorDash. I text and called the driver with no response. I opened a chat with customer service at DoorDash and was offered a partial refund. I would never tip a driver ahead of time especially when it looks like he kept some of my food.

I ordered take out online, on the 5th of November. I have been having the problem of items missing in my order. The order prior to this order, the cheese and beans were missing. I called the restaurant and was able to pick them up. I placed the same order on November 5, and not only was the order late by 20 minutes, but I did not receive my beans and cheese again and was charged for the missing items. I just checked my credit card balance, and I am livid to see that I was charged $13.00 more than the cost of the original order. I know when things are busy problems glitches occur, but this is becoming a constant with the Macedonia Chili's. I miss the good service I am used to at this location and I hope this matter is corrected expediently .
