Jersey Mike's Subs

During my visit, the customer-facing prep area appeared messy, with visible food debris on the cutting board and surrounding counter surfaces. This made me uncomfortable and raised concerns for me about cleanliness.

I shared my observations with management afterward. The response I received felt defensive to me and included a suggestion that I try a different Jersey Mike’s location. Based on both what I observed during my visit and how the concern was handled, I chose not to return to this location.

I had a terrible experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The person working was incredibly rude and mean from the moment I walked in. Their attitude made the whole visit uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I love Jersey Mikes but I don’t love this branch , they are SEVERELY understaffed . To whoever owns this branch , please hire more people , it won’t kill you to add to the payroll.

watched as three people walked out of line in front of me due to them being out of turkey, the lettuce appeared to be from a salad kit, and they were also out of pickles. The store was also out of dollar bills so I received $4.97 in nickels dimes and pennies. I'm not usually one to complain about this type of thing but good lord has this location gone down hill the last few months.

Well, not the healthiest place, but who actually expects fast food to be healthy? On the plus side, the sandwich that I had was excellent. The roll was perfect, soft but not too soft. There was plenty of fresh sliced turkey and ample toppings plus the sauce they put on it. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will definitely be going back.

I am a door dasher and I walked into the Jersey Mike’s in Macedonia on August 10th around 8:30-8:40p to pick up an order. As I was walking in, one of the signers who was working the night shift said the N-word in a derogatory manner amongst his co worker. He wasn’t calling his coworker the N word, but he was definitely using it in a bad manner. I proceeded to grab the DoorDash order and walk out of the store. I will never go into that store again, especially if this is the staff that this establishment hires.

Great experience at this Jersey Mike’s! The staff were super fast and very polite. My sub was made just right, and the service was top notch. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Always a problem: closed, machine down, lazy staff. Head to Broadview Heights location. I don't leave reviews. I decided to, finally, for this one.

First time at jersey mikes. One guy working. Stood there for at least 5 minutes before he even acknowledged me being there. Kept pulling out his phone while making sandwiches to read his text messages. When received service I asked how big a regular sandwich was. His response was I don’t know. It’s just a half a loaf of bread. One and done. Won’t be back. Paid almost $11 for a half-a-loaf of bread size sandwich. Despite the poor service, the sandwich was great.
