Ordered in advance through the app. Food is never ready 45 min later workers are still talking about giving birth and everything else but not making sandwiches it’s super annoying they love keeping the customers waiting.

This location was out of steak and the chips I wanted. I allowed them to substitute chicken, but the lady made a sub instead of the wrap I wanted. it took 40 mins to get my food from time of order. won't be going back to this location

This locations has the friendliest most accommodating stuff. Were we’re traveling through, and stop for a bite and it was such a pleasurable experience. Very inviting and cleanly!

Food is fine, but this service is actually horrendous. Taking my order across the store, not saying hi or smiling, then just handing me the sandwich and walking away

Waited 30 mins and then they put my Cheesesteak on the wrong bread and peeled it off and put it on the right bread so most of my cheese was gone. The girl making it was to busy talking to pay attention to the food she was making. This food is usually top notch but this wasn't a great experience. I got my food at 1:08pm November 25th 2024.

Guys working are rude and don’t deserve a single tip. If you hate your job then quit. No thank you, not even a hey how can I help you. I had to do all the talking myself. 11/13 7:00 pm

The food was fine, but the service was the worst I've seen from a Jersey Mike's. Jersey Mike's employees across the country tend to be good. This restaurant is the exception. The workers were high out of their minds and extremely slow. One employee had his hat over his eyes to hide them. It took them almost 15 minutes to make my #10 sandwich before even getting to my husband's sandwich. The 2 employees working today should not have been high on the job.

Hire more people, the long wait times are ridiculous

No one changed gloves until I said something going to the back freezer ringing customers up rubbing faces two people in front of me walked out I said something and they didn't get upset changed gloves but all the vegetables already contaminated on top of not having lids to cover the vegetables I know Flys probably been in and out of there.

Ordered the Original Italian. It was made correctly, perfect amount of meat. Customer service was great. She made us feel welcomed. Store was clean. Overall would recommend this location
