I normally go to Jimmy John’s in the evening after work but yesterday on 1/3/26 I went in the afternoon for lunch and I was very disappointed. Normally I get greeted as soon as I walk in but this day I walked in to everyone sitting down looking at their phones. The one worker whom I am assuming is very pregnant had her stomach hanging out and seemed very agitated that I was there as she rolled her eyes and she said what do you want. Needless to say if I return to this location I will only be going in the evening due to this particular worker and her attitude as the evening shift has always made me feel welcome!

I am a repeat customer and I absolutely enjoy Braxton and Sky we joke back and forth laugh and laugh my entire time there they always make my food spot on, when I go to jimmys braxton is usually by herself unless of course sky is with her I’m definitely coming back for more great food and great company!!! Thanks guys

This location has been a hit or miss in regard to service and quality. However, today my order was spot on. I used to be employed with Jimmy John’s in general years ago now, and my order was on par with the quality and consistency that JJ’s strives to meet (corporate visited and trained our location often as we were a very busy store). Even the sandwich wrapping was correct. Everything was correct. I ordered a little before 3 PM today 10/24/25 for pickup. My husband picked up and said there was a young man working there by himself (or at least it seemed that way). So I hope he gets the credit he deserves.

Avoid this spot! Worst Jimmy John's experience, with $30 wasted! Got two cold chicken bacon ranch sandwiches missing half the ingredients. Asked for a jumbo and a regular chicken bacon ranch, with the jumbo no tomatoes. (This is a special toasted sandwich on their menu.) All three regular size sandwiches were cold, untoasted, missing lettuce and onions, and none had tomatoes. It took the one guy and woman who barely did anything a while to make too, which I assumed was because they were toasting them. Apparently not. Got these for a road trip meal and snack while driving. So disappointing. May never go back, except maybe if I recognize a different crew working.

My husband and I tried to go in at 8:24pm and could not order 2 sandwiches to go and we were told because they were closing. The hours are till 9pm. If you're not going to serve a half hour before you close, then you should lock the door.

Showed up at 832 pm to ATTEMPT to get a sandwich. The store closes at 9pm. The doors were locked and the worker was inside looking at me and said we are closed. Awful service at not living up to the stated hours. Crazy part is the worker didn't care they closed early.

Had a free potato salad with my rewards and the one in the refrigerator up front was three days past its consume by date. Cashier said she will get me a new one than I watched her just print off a new label, peel off the old one and replace it with the new one.

I was served quickly by a polite employee despite there being a long line. The staff made my custom wrap and I was out the door quickly. Enjoying lunch at home, the wrap and side salads were delicious. I'll be a repeat customer.

We went to purchase a dinner at 6:50 and the door was locked with the clerk inside working so I knocked and she looked up at me then continued about her business ignoring me. We left and went to Cosmo subs.

By far the worst Jimmy John’s establishment. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they continue to take the order, take payment, but not deliver. When I call, they either don’t answer or state they never received my order. Other Jimmy John’s franchises are very good. I’m not sure why this one is so bad. Also the customer service is horrendous.
