We went to purchase a dinner at 6:50 and the door was locked with the clerk inside working so I knocked and she looked up at me then continued about her business ignoring me. We left and went to Cosmo subs.

Just went there and they were out of a bunch of ingredients and got my order wrong. We were the only customers there so it's not really excusable. They did not offer to remake the order or seemed apologetic.

By far the worst Jimmy John’s establishment. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they continue to take the order, take payment, but not deliver. When I call, they either don’t answer or state they never received my order. Other Jimmy John’s franchises are very good. I’m not sure why this one is so bad. Also the customer service is horrendous.

Our warehouse placed a decent cater order this morning. $159. They were told it would be ready by 11am. I arrived at 11 and was told they were a bit behind due to call offs (only 1 worker and I’m guessing the manager) and it would be 15min. No problem. Went back to my car, waited 20min and went next door to Antonio’s to pick up the other items that they ordered. Went back in and the Manager said they working on it. At that time there were 3 other ppl waiting. Multiple ppl came in and left due to them being told it was a 30min wait. A handful more came in and decided to wait. 45min later and our order still wasn’t ready, but other customers that had come in after got their orders and left. Finally at 1215 I got our order and left. I was the 1st one there and the last to leave out of the probably 10-15 other patrons that got there after. Over an hour later and they didn’t offer to discount it, just a free cookie. We’ll take our business elsewhere. At least Antonio’s gave us an extended ETA but ended up being ready way earlier

Went there on a slow Tuesday at 6:45, no one in the shop ordering, but there was obviously as large catering order being prepared for the next day, so i get it very frustrating, ive worked in food serivce i get it, My girlfriend and I walk in and get 2 wraps, very simple, the woman behind the counter had a mega attitude the second we walked in, as she wasnt even in uniform. I got a jalapeno chicken ranch wrap, and my gf got a Cesar wrap with light sauce, girl proceeds to not put any ranch on my JALEOPENO RANCH wrap and smothers my gf food in so much Cesar dressing (when she asked for light dressing) she couldnt finish it without getting nauseous. I understand being stressed from a big order, i've done it myself, but the service and food was downright terrible. Based on the other reviews im not shocked that this place would do that however, thats our last time visiting without a doubt.

It’s a Jimmy John’s. The food is what you expect from a Jimmy John’s. The service, however…Do not expect “freaky fast”. I don’t know that I’ve seen people move slower at any other restaurant. It was seriously weird, like “freaky slow.”

Almost EVERY time I order from here, my sandwich is missing items that are included in the sandwich AND items I added. I don’t order via mobile app anymore because it’ll be wrong. Now it’s wrong in person too!

I have given this location SO many chances and I am just DONE!! I went today and did a pick up order like I usually do. The order said it was ready at 12:16 according to the app. Get there at 1225 and nope not ready OF COURSE. Get home, my veggie sub is soaked in oil and vinegar with oregano…. I ordered a veggie sub with no changes except to add sliced pickles…. Why is that so difficult?? Anyway, drove all the way back to the store and they refunded the entire order but made sure we got re-charged for the other sub LOL. Great customer service huh. This place is just such a joke anymore. I can’t believe I’ve given it as many chances as I have.
