I drove through the KFC in Macedonia on highland road last night around 7:00 p.m.. whoever took my order over the speaker was so rude and so unprofessional. I will never go back. I usually go to the KFC in Cuyahoga falls which has always been very good, food is good, service is good. But, I'm often in the area of the Macedonia KFC. I will never stop there again. Horrible service and the food was not as good as in Cuyahoga falls.

This restaurant has been suffering for a long time But I think tonite was the worst experience yet.when they say that the help can make or break a business they are not kidding, Forget about the way we were treated as customers but to witness the workers taking our money and putting it in there pockets not in the cash drawer where it belongs has to be the lowest of the lowest .whomever owns this franchise , please do yourself a favor and spend time there , get cameras or just close because those employees are DISGUSTING!!!!

It had been quite some time since I’d dined at KFC. I was very disappointed in the quality of my order regarding the taste and portion size.
The chicken and “Secret Recipe” fries were EXTREMELY too salty. They were overly seasoned to the point where my family and I couldn’t finish our meal! Additionally, the portion size for individual sides has gotten SUBSTANTIALLY smaller to the point where they may as well be considered “kids sized”
There should definitely be an option where diners get to choose how “bold” they’d like their food to be seasoned. There was absolutely way too much salt used.
Very disappointing experience.

I process my pick up order and proceeded through the drive-through. The young man and older lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. I went inside the store to request a refund for refusing to eat at an establishment with piss poor service. Naturally, they refused to process the refund claiming they are not able to give customers refunds. I proceeded to complain thru the app and the agent truly paid no attention to the trash customer service that was exhibited at the location in Macedonia Ohio off of Highland Road, until I question, is this acceptable to this company??? as you probably guessed I have yet to receive a refund with claims that management will contact me to investigate the incident! I am definitely not going to hold my breath waiting on that to actually happen as they claimed!!! I am completely offended by the complete lack of customer service within the establishment as well as within the app. And naturally, I vow to never step foot or place an order with such a trash establishment. Therefore, I have since deleted my account in a complete refusal to support such a terrible company.

Dirty staff was outside smoking weed instead of taking care of what needed done food was burnt and old pictures are of all the dirt and ants all over the floor dining room was gross and floor sticky and slimy

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went through drive-thru, so I'm not sure of how clean it really is inside. But while ordering, I had to repeat the order over 6 times and he still said the wrong thing back. My vehicle is quiet, and my music was off. Anyways, I got the 2 white breasts and a drumb with coleslaw and mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I didn't get any napkins or straws. The coleslaw had a weird smell, so I didn't eat it. I ate 1 white breast and all of the the mashed potatoes and the biscuit. I was sick within 4 hours. Then I had nausea with sever cramping and diarrhea for 36 hours. Never eating at this place again!
