Unfriendly personnel working at this location. Nobody greeted me at the window as I waited for almost 5 minutes for someone to finish the purchase. No hello, just quietly told my total, took my card and awkwardly handed me my food, no thanks or any type of pleasantries.
I could get over that, but what took the cake for me is to get home and there's no gravy for the mashed potatoes, the tenders are tough and flavorless, mac and cheese is just some noodle-cake, and the biscuits are tougher than your first heart break

All staff is letargic and lifeless. Even with just two customers it takes a lot to prepare your order. Staff is rude and unhospitable. I have waited more that 25 minutes for chicken salad and staff was on their phones. Even zero is too much for KFC.

Waited 30 minutes for a double mash meal at 8:30pm thinking we were waiting on biscuits only to not get any biscuits anyway. So 2 and a half hours before closing they just stop making biscuits and make people wait out front and forget the are there while 4 other people get food through the line and leave without a problem…

I've given them 3 chances, every time is miserable. Everyone is rude, never get any of the food items right (how hard can it be with everything being chicken), also extremely slow even if you are the only one there.

I came in for lunch at this KFC and got the 5pc Chicken tender box with potato wedges and macaroni & cheese. Nothing was hot. The Mac & Cheese looked and tasted like it had been scraped from the bottom of its container. The potato wedges were thrown all over in the box and not fresh. The chicken tenders were at least warm, but definitely not fresh. It honestly felt like whoever prepared my order just didn’t care about the product they were serving at all. Very disappointing, especially for the amount of money they make you pay.
Worst kfc ever. Might never eat KFC again idk why I went there in the first placee

🛑Horrible service! Closes at 11p and got to the drive thru at 10:20p on Oct 20th and they would not come to the intercom. When I pulled around the girl with red/orange weave and lashes look me square in my face and would NOT come to the window to take my order. I hope the manager see this so they can hire staff that want a job and work. Three worker cars in parking lot and no one working. No customers inside and lobby closes at 10p. STRAIGT TRASH!! 🗑
