It was so bad..a pregnant lady was being very ignorant and the food wasn’t made right, she was mad that she had to redo it and complained about not going outside because her hair just got done

The slowest drive through. Then the fries were barely warm! She dropped our straws on the floor and picked them up and gave them to us. Stood with her back to the window most of the time. Horrible customer service! And we only ordered two fries and two drinks and they barely could handle it! Go anywhere but here!

Decided to get breakfast this morning before work. Sausage meal with a coffee first of all my sandwich was cold bread was hard I had to pull the edges off around it , the cheese not melted the sausage patty dry and was not even warm the hash brown probably was kept under the light to stay warm but that to wasn't that warm BUT the coffee was the only hot item. What a way to start a morning off with a long day ahead. To provide great customer service is to inspect your product before you serve it to your customers. I wish I could have took it back and got my money back. It's the carelessness in the fast food industry improper training and holding times.

I’m honestly disappointed with this McDonald’s. The service was slow, my order wasn’t made right, and the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. On top of that, the store was dirty tables weren’t wiped down, the floors looked messy, and the whole place just felt uncared for. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping or fixing anything. Definitely not worth the money or the time.

The transgenderoid was very polite (Aside from her saying the receipt not printing was my fault) she left a very good impression on the business and will forever leave a positive interaction in my mind. The atmosphere was that of elegance resembling that of a 5 star restaurant. It reminds me of my trip to Warsaw. The food was good and fit the order. And was very cost effective for those poor people who can't afford water. So I say bravo McDonald's. Bravo.

Went in and got dinner to take home. Our mistake for not checking the bag. Got home missing a sandwich and tried to call, got a busy signal for an hour, really phone off the hook. Will be calling tomorrow!
Messed up our order so bad, and to get back we had to drive all the way around because of the crazy traffic patterns there. Would NOT recommend this location.

Waited forever in the drive thru. Ended up actually switching lanes because I was ignored. Then no one came to the pay window so I pulled forward for the pick up window and continued to be ignored. I left. No food because at that point I didn’t trust it would even be any good. Terrible, terrible service.

I came to this McDonald’s location on a Sunday night as a door dasher and encountered the most lazy and disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered. While I was clearly watching them, they were making a diss track on the restaurant itself and the owner too. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for FOUR meals to be completed. They wasted my time and money, and wasted the customers time too. This entire staff should be fired. Truly embarrassing. Do not come to this McDonald’s.

Crappy service 6 people came in got their food before I even got mine (not talking about Uber eats people im talking ordered their food there and got it) dont recommend coming here and my food was cold so obviously the lazy crew just hold it
