Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time we go there it takes a minimum of 20-30 minutes and most times food is not correct, does not taste fresh and customer service is less than stellar. Corporate needs to pay a visit and teach this restaurant how to run efficiently because in the 2 years I have lived here there has been zero improvements

Typical McDonald's. Nothing too out of the ordinary. We went later in the evening, around 8 pm and it seemed like a decent amount of younger employees working. And good for them, but they didn't seem like the friendliest bunch. We got what we ordered, which is a huge plus, and went about our way.

The older lady at the window in the mornings Monday through Friday is to slow to be working the window in the early mornings at ( 6 am ) for the morning shift and my order was wrong
The workers are absolutely horrible here. They don’t care about the customers and have a bad attitude. We ordered 2 pies and they didn’t have any which is fine , so they told us and offered to replace with cookies so then we had to wait and finally when the cookies came out they smelled burnt so I checked and they were SCOLDING hot, it actually burned my hand, the bag had a little bit of smoke coming out of it. We threw it away. It was horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had. We will not be going back to this location. Waste of money.

Oct 24, 2024 12:30pm - No greeting from the person on the speaker. The first sentence was "What do you want?" How rude! I should have just pulled away right then because it didn't get any better. The woman who handed me my food didn't speak a single word to me, not even a sound. Nothing. I pulled up and when she opened the window, she simply slung my bag of food at me and closed the window. My entire box of fries were NOT salted and the Dr. Pepper I ordered tasted like plain carbonated water. No taste of any kind.
