I pulled up hoping for a quick bite of childhood nostalgia—what I got was a lukewarm horror show in a paper bag. The nuggets? Tragically undercooked, like they’d been shown a picture of a fryer and told to do their best. Biting into one felt like chewing on a damp sponge that dreams of one day becoming chicken. The fries? Limp, sad, and about as seasoned as an unsalted rice cake left out in the rain.
But the real magic was in the customer service—or lack thereof. After placing my order, I was met with a level of indifference usually reserved for DMV lines and passive-aggressive roommates. No greeting, no confirmation, not even eye contact. I’ve had more meaningful connections with Siri.
By the time I pulled away and checked the bag, I was left with regret, mystery meat, and fries that looked like they’d been emotionally neglected. Avoid this place!

I ordered a medium black coffee this morning and this is what was at the bottom of my cup not to mention the teaspoon or so I spit out in my kitchen sink. Must have been at least a tablespoon spoon and of coffee grounds This McDonald’s is a joke

I walked in to pickup my mobile order which I was notified was ready and on the counter, and was astonished by how unkept the restaurant was. There was a huge spill by the drink dispenser which was being completely ignored. It had also leaked to the floor. It appears that instead of cleaning the mess, someone decided to put Caution Wet Floor signs down, while the floor was completely sticky in that area. I was forced to analyze this for at least 15 minutes, as my order was no where near being ready. While waiting entirely too long for a drink and a 10 pc nugget, I also witnessed the store manager packing bags of food with one hand, while enjoying an ice cream cone in the other. I questioned how sanitary this was considering the move to mobile kiosks was more than likely an indirect result of the pandemic. I was beyond disgusted as I watched her pack multiple bags while eating. Besides the long wait, cleanliness issues, and unsanitary practices the experience could've been pleasant.

Maybe the worst establishment I’ve ever been to. They were out of the majority of what we ordered, the fries were room temp and limp, trash cans were overflowing inside and out. 2 employees on break dropping the F bombs with my young grandkids a few feet away. But the worst part was my younger grandson contracted salmonella. It was the only place we ate, so it definitely came from there. Horrible establishment. I wish I could’ve left zero stars.

I asked for water with my meal and the girl taking my order refused to give me water. This is not acceptable, especially for those with health conditions that require dietary restrictions. Disappointed with this location. McDonalds needs to hire more courteous people!

How do y'all forget the main ingredient? Opened my cheeseburger to see NO BURGER PATTY. Bathrooms and dining area was extremely filthy with overflowing trashcans too. Should have been the sign to leave.

Today i learned nuggets can be stale. How you gonna have people wait a long time in the drive thru and not have the decency of making the food even semi-fresh. Its impressive every single nugget in a 20 piece is equally stale. Probably wont be back to this location.
I came in around 9pm on a Saturday night ordered a ice coffee with sugar free vanilla. I heard the staff all commenting they don't know how to make it. Eventually a manager made it however it didn't include ice. It was hot coffee with sugar free vanilla. Please address this issue.
