Food was kind of disgusting/burnt/salty but waiter was nice and good service

Expected a great dining experience because the previous ones were great. But today's experience felt the difference in treatment, sat down without any service was told by the waiter to give him some time to come back soon. Waited about 5 minutes for another waiter to come over and take my drink and then the wait time began for the drink and order. There was no service during the meal, no one asked if we needed a refill or anything else, and my appetizer was not served until I finished my steak.
10 minutes after we sat down new guests came in and the waiter started asking what they needed to drink not even for 10 seconds and then every 5-10 minutes for the duration of their meal they asked what was needed. Don't want to say that as a distinction, but it is.

We just wanted something fast and local. Our servers were top shelf, the entire staff was very kind and attentive.

Order blooming onion which was so greasy we couldn’t eat it ..steaks were 60% fat..sweet potato was small and full of sugar ..and over the top Brussel sprouts were full of grease ..bill was $100..

Went there on 3/12/25. Ordered the steak and chicken combo. I had 3 bites of my chicken and realized it was raw. I let the bar tender know and she acknowledged it was raw. She said she will get me a new piece made up quickly. It was over 20 minutes later when she brought it out. I was already done eating. I asked her to just take it off my bill, and the thought of it made me sick. She brought the bill back and had an extra piece of chicken charged to it. No discount just more added to my bill. She did correct it and took 15% off. Should have just been free since I ended up getting food poisoning from it. Server was ok but this was disappointing and unacceptable. Will never be back at that location. Or eat chicken from there again.

Decided to stop off at this Outback on the way to a cheer competition. We weren’t really in a hurry and wanted to have a nice table service meal. We sat down and it was FREEZING thank goodness I had a sweatshirt. The server ,who was nice but perhaps it was her first day?, came to get our drink order. She was unfamiliar with the beers on tap - went to check. When she came back from checking I asked for a kids menu - she said it’s not printed they just have regular items for kids. I asked what was on the chopped salad - she did not know and had to check. Again, she was very kind - but clearly untrained. She WAS trained on their loyalty program and she came around a couple times to explain it and make sure we signed up (which we did not.). My daughter’s food came out with the appetizer and my husband and my food came out 34 minutes later. My salad was drenched in dressing and was grey, soggy and inedible. My husband ordered a $30 steak and stated it was the worst meal he’s had in a long time. Very disappointed with spending any amount of money here let alone our bill being over $80 after tip. I realize Outback isn’t ever an “amazing” dining experience, but it’s typically a predictable “good” meal.

Honestly I would 0 stars if I could. This Outback has the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I arrived to picked up a curbside order on March 8, 2025 around 7 PM that was literally only 2 items. Prior to me arriving, I called the restaurant and was told the order was ready and to park in the curbside pick up area and someone will bring the order out shortly.

Typically, the curbside employee should come to the vehicle of anyone in a curbside spot but after being park in curbside for 20 minutes no one approached my car to ask me anything on the order I was waiting for. After going into the restaurant , I was informed that the order was actually not ready.

AFTER 45 MINUTES INTO WAITING FOR THE CURBSIDE ORDER THE CURBSIDE PICKUP EMPLOYEE COMES OUT AND INFORMS ME THAT ONE OF THE ITEMS ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE. And honestly, that just does not make any sense. I don’t know why I could not have been informed earlier that items were not available to prevent waiting any longer for the order that was already delayed.

I just feel like the customer service is poor at this Outback location and the manager needs to have a meeting with the employees on proper customer service or this Outback location will be out of business soon.

I only eat a Steak every 3 months or so, and I enjoy a Good Steak, yesterday was no different. It was delicious, tender, seasoned just right, melt in your mouth good, every so often a restaurant hits it outta the park. Outback did just that yesterday.

I had an wonderful dining experience at this restaurant the other night. It was mostly because of the phenomenal service provided by your host, Morgan. From the moment me and my family walked in, Morgan greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She was attentive friendly, and ensured that we were seated in a timely manor

Took my mom here for dinner after church. Everything was delicious our server Alex was wonderful and attended to all of our needs. Definitely recommend will be going back soon.
