Penn Station East Coast Subs

This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.

Hi, can you please update your business hours on Google? Google says you’re open until 10pm on weeknights, but in reality the restaurants closes at 9pm. Would save some folks the trip!

I go to the Fairlawn location quite a bit. This location left a lot to be desired. The lady taking orders was very rude. (The two other ladies with her were very nice and seemed understanding.) Comparing my sandwich to my friends, I got about a 1/5 of ingredients. Fries we're not cooked. I asked for a refund and walked out.

One of my favorite sub places. Cheesesteak with banana peppers, onion, mayo, and mustard sounds a little odd, but it's unbelievable. Fries are perfect too.

I frequent this Penn Station when I'm in the area. The staff there never fails me. I am always greeted when coming in and the majority of the time I beat the crowd. I rotate purchasing between 3 or 4 different sandwiches. I am telling you this because I don't make my decision prior to entering. I kinda look at the menu and see what sandwich jumps out to me that day. Don't ask me why? Because of the extra time I take I want thank the staff for always being patient when makining my selection. The food is always perfect as I kinda 'modify' my meal and again with the patience. Also I have noticed while waiting for my order the teamwork that is displayed behind the counter. The communication and willingness to help each other out seems to be a priority in order to prepare all the sandwiches around lunch time as this Penn gets busy due to its location. I always receive a 'Have a good day' as I'm taking my food ta go. Thank you to the Macedonia Penn Station crew for your service.

Popped into this restaurant with my very hungry girlfriend, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Everything was sparkling clean and the food was made perfectly/timely. Most importantly, the service was friendly and sincere. Shoutout to everyone, especially the gentleman working the register with the ring on his chain.

My wife and I stopped by this location in Macedonia. We were tired and super hungry. The location was clean and quiet. Music was streaming but not too loud. The gentleman at the front was kind and professional. Very friendly. The other gentleman working the register was just as nice. Customer service was outstanding. The bathroom was clean too. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you for great service 😀

Every time I go there after being at stressful appts at the hospital - I am greated with a smile and very kind folks that ease my prior stress. I go out of my way to stop there because I know it will be a pleasant experience with great food.

I get the Italian. Only the Italian. Best sub around.

Maybe treat your costumers with respect and not rush their orders because there getting the meal not yall biggies, if I ever catch my cookie being thrown again I will throw it back!

Someone might want to tell the guy making sandwiches today that if he wants to whine about customers he should probably go somewhere out of earshot and not stand 8 feet from them. I love Penn Station food but I have one issue or another every time at this location. Today my order wasn't ready on time (I have yet to have one on time yet) and the guy said he was remaking it when I walked in because he made it wrong. I think I rolled my eyes or something and sat down, and a minute later I heard him talking to the young lady next to him, whining about customers being mad because they have to remake orders instead of giving us the wrong food. No, just make it right the first time. I will not give you a pay on the back for correcting your own mistakes. I'd come here more often but I always have to wait much longer than when the online order is supposed to be ready. People have limited time, so I'll just go somewhere else if I'm not wanted or valued, I promise you that.
