I had a small cheese steak and a small chicken teriyaki and both were grilled to perfection! The staff working on 2/28/24 at around 7:00p were awesome! Everyone there genuinely seemed to enjoy working there as they were keeping the mood light - which is rare in these settings!

The good news is that I had a bogo offer. The Philly cheesestake was good. I had a problem with the turkey sub with only lettuce and tomato with turkey and provolone. I ate half one day, and broke my tooth biting in other half. I now have to come up with almost $700 for a crown. I spoke to owner or someone, and they won't even give me a nickel toward the cost. Be careful when biting into their sandwich. I have good teeth. The last crown was 30 years ago, and since just a couple of cavities. Won't be eating there again

This location has turned into a habit. Order online, walk in to a greeting, fries start cooking, get home and enjoy. Beef cheesesteak with all the grilled veggies has something addictive in it.I was thinking of a poor experience in customer service when I remembered that well made sandwiches and service with a positive attitude is the norm for our regular sandwich pick up spot.Thank you

ordered through doordash for pick up. so nasty cause they slapped the mayo on there and barely put veggies on my veggie sub. made my stomach hurt. i wouldn’t ever order from this specific penn station again. ??

Girl at counter was friendly. Disappointed there wasn't as many options as other sub places though. No jalapenos or bell peppers for a steak and cheese? bummer. Also sauce selection is lacking, need some kind of zesty sauce or chipotle mayo or something. I feel like all other sub places offer a sauce like that. No issues with the service though, again staff was friendly. Just straight up think Jersey Mike's outclasses Penn Station though across the board. The fries were really good though, Penn Station has that fair fry style.
