Absolutely loved having Pink Piggy BBQ at my mother in laws celebration of life gathering! Everyone raved about how good the food was. Cristina arrived on time with everything hot and ready to be served. Pulled pork, brisket, Mac n Cheese, and Dessert tray were tender, tasty, and memorable. Wish we had more leftovers, but that’s OK because she’s out and about with the food truck in different areas and I love that. I would not hesitate to use pink piggy barbecue in the future. Her food is amazing and the sauces are to die for. !!

We got a brisket sandwich, pulled pork and mac and cheese. Brisket tasted like somebody ashes out a cigarette in it. that tells me it was left on smoker too long. The pulled pork was cold and tasted like chilli. the mac and cheese tasted like Hellen Keller made it. I would immediately just remove the mac and cheese off the menu. We couldn’t even eat it.

Tried this place for the first time at Blue Monkey last night. Between the amazing food and the great people running it, I can not recommend Pink Piggy enough!!
Let’s start with the food. My wife and I both got the brisket Mac and cheese. We also got the Pretzels and kielbasa appetizer. The brisket was moist and juicy with great smoky flavor! The reaper sauce had a great flavor as well, with enough spice to kick things up but not burn your taste buds off. The cheese dip with the pretzels and kielbasa was also very flavorful! My only complaint about anything at all would be I wish it came with a little more of the cheese dip, we ran out and still had a few pieces of pretzels and kielbasa left, but that also speaks to how good it was. Other than the dip the portions were very generous, especially for the price!
On to the owners - My wife ordered our food during a short issue (unknown at the time) with square being unable to process certain transactions. They had already made our food and when we went to pay, the card was declined. She tried a different card, also declined. We didn’t have any cash on us, and the owner was nice enough to say Happy Thanksgiving and it was on them. My wife came in and told me what had happened and I couldn’t believe she just gave us the food. I went out with a third card which was also declined. Again, the owner told me not so worry, it was on her and happy thanksgiving! My wife called one of our card issuers and they informed us there was currently an issue with square transactions. (Huge relief) We finished our food and drinks inside and on our way out we stopped back and told them what the bank had told us and I had them try to run the card one more time which did finally go through. In the end we were able to make it right on our end, but the fact the owner was so generous and was more concerned about what could possibly be going on with 3 different cards than she was about us paying for our food speaks volumes to how great of a person she is!
We will definitely be returning any time they are near us!

I had the pork belly burnt ends and am still craving them. They where the best pork belly I had ever had. The Apricot sauce on it was amazing!!!
Got the shotgun shells today….one was burnt (see picture) and the rest of them the sausage was extremely dried out. Not sure how that happens when wrapped in bacon. Also they were ice cold, I noticed the trailer they were working out of was extremely small maybe they don’t have a way to keep them warm? Very dissapointing serving size for $10, I realize food cost have gone up but 4 bite size pieces for 10$ seems a bit steep when they tasted and looked like they were leftovers from a couple days prior

Pink Piggy BBQ was a hit! I got the loaded mac with brisket which I'd highly recommend. Good prices, great portions, & wonderful people! Not to mention, they kept the crowd fed through a pretty crazy wind storm. Thanks for coming to Wooster, Oh!

We had a catered event. The lady came without her truck. Charged us for her truck, never refunded it. So the food got cold for most of our people.

We just had Pink Piggy BBQ for a grad party. The food was amazing. The brisket was the best I’ve ever had not to mention the Cajun potato chunks and Mac and cheese. Definitely recommend Christina with a pink Piggy BBQ!!
