We got a brisket sandwich, pulled pork and mac and cheese. Brisket tasted like somebody ashes out a cigarette in it. that tells me it was left on smoker too long. The pulled pork was cold and tasted like chilli. the mac and cheese tasted like Hellen Keller made it. I would immediately just remove the mac and cheese off the menu. We couldn’t even eat it.

Hubby and I had thier food while they were at Blue Monkey Brewing in N. Royalton. The service was friendly and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. One of the best Bbq food trucks we have had.

I had the pork belly burnt ends and am still craving them. They where the best pork belly I had ever had. The Apricot sauce on it was amazing!!!

Got the shotgun shells today….one was burnt (see picture) and the rest of them the sausage was extremely dried out. Not sure how that happens when wrapped in bacon. Also they were ice cold, I noticed the trailer they were working out of was extremely small maybe they don’t have a way to keep them warm? Very dissapointing serving size for $10, I realize food cost have gone up but 4 bite size pieces for 10$ seems a bit steep when they tasted and looked like they were leftovers from a couple days prior

The owner was supposed to bring the catering truck to our event but she did not. 11pm the night before she sent me an email stating that her truck broke down but she would still be out. She came in her personal car. The food was in big aluminum trays which did not keep the food warm for very long. So it was okay while it was hot but it got cold way too fast.The owner promised to return the $250 truck fee, which she did not. After the 8th phone call/email we gave up and promised ourselves never to use her services again.

We just had Pink Piggy BBQ for a grad party. The food was amazing. The brisket was the best I’ve ever had not to mention the Cajun potato chunks and Mac and cheese. Definitely recommend Christina with a pink Piggy BBQ!!

Pink Piggy is great! I catered a celebration of life party with this barbecue company last weekend (8/14 2021) and was their bbq a HUGE hit out of the park!! My guests were raving about the beef brisket which was amazing ( so good we ran out) and the Cajun potatoes with their secret sauce was excellent. The food was hot and ready to go and made my life stress-free with my 50 plus guests. We had a little bit of shredded bbq pork left over the next day and my mom took the beef brisket's juice and poured it on the pork and was it unbelievably yummy the second time around. If you ever get a chance to try this place it is definitely a MUST on your food to try bucket list!! A++

The Real Deal BBQ, for sure. Perfectly pink smoked meats that make your mouth water just looking at them. Pulled pork and beef brisket are the mainstays, but try to get there early on a rib day (baby backs!) and you'll be glad you did. Two kinds of slaw (creamy/pickled red onion), succulent Mac & Cheese, and brisket baked beans. Then she has these "Cajun Chunky Chips" that are a meal in themselves. Wish she'd bottle the sauce for sale! The black bean brisket chili is a trophy winner (literally) and I've even had the smoked kielbasa, which you can't find just anywhere.Family-friendly and right outside of Reinecker's Bakery in Macedonia on Thursdays, so grab dessert while you're there. Visit the website for locations on other days. Ok, now I'm hungry after writing this review!

This is the first time I have ever been to a food truck in Macedonia! It was delicious! The meat was cooked well and the sauces were tasty! Not really a fan of coleslaw, but when I told the lady that she gave me a sample size of their own and it ended up being very good! The baked beans were very hearty and overall it made the meal taste very homemade. Overall: I had a great experience!
