It was nice to go out with family and relax for the night
Pizza Hut in Twinsburg- was there once and will never go back again or order from there. Restaurant was filthy. Asked waitress to wipe off table and got a disgusted huff and look. Pizza cheese and crust were burnt. Also asked for dip for bread sticks and she said she already brought it. I said we wanted ranch not marinara, again she was disgusted at having to do something for us. If you like burnt pizza and a store manager that won’t answer a customers complaints, this is the place for you. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and could never talk to a live person. Pizza Hut should be embarrassed that this store has their name on it.
