Incompetent, no customer service avoid

Staff was screwing around ignoring customers. Went through drive through ordered food paid was asked to pull around to wait on fries. Took 20 minutes before I went into store to find out about food. Still had to wait in fries. Ridiculous!!!!

The service here is low key ghetto,every workers doing there own thing away from making your meal,after my experience I'm afraid to try Popeyes again

Messed up my order. Said the special was online only but had it on the menu. Never come here. Lady taking our order was super rude and apparently deaf couldn't hear anything as we are like yelling at the speaker

3 pieces of chicken was all I ordered. It’s supposed to be 2 thighs and a leg, all dark meat, but I got a wing instead of a thigh. Every time they mess something up

I would give this place zero stars if I were able. This particular one is on the way home from work. I’ve stopped here 4 separate times because I love the chicken sandwiches. Each and every time I’m told they don’t have filets available. They dont have fries. They don’t have strips. The frozen lemonade is unavailable. On top of that, you have the WORST people working the drive thru. No personality. No warmth. It’s extremely apparent they couldn’t care any less about their job. It’s ridiculous. I see the owner giving template responses to the reviews. Instead of giving a response, why don’t you put some effort into your business and make it a place people actually want to eat at. Completely shameful.

This place is so bad that you just gotta play along with how bad it is to get your food without any harm. I only go once a year if I'm on that side of town and it's either bad or worse. It's to a point where bad is what you prefer over worse at this location. I asked for 12 boneless wings & ended up with 12 bone in after waiting 15 minutes at the windows. Looks like I got my once a year visit out the way. I don't plan on coming back this year 😩🫣🤣

Lazy, slow, rude, irresponsible, disrespectful, negative, sullen, uncivil, curt, antagonistic, unpleasant, arrogant, impolite, ill-mannered, unpleasant, graceless, undiplomatic, rudimentary, unrefined, unpolished, sloppy, unsophisticated, thoughtless, oafish, insensitive, uncouth, thoughtless, gruff, haughty, disagreeable, pompous, audacious, grumpy, insolent, impolite, unkind, nasty, inconsiderate, discourteous, rough, primitive, dismissive…. Need I continue? GO ANYWHERE BUT THE MACEDONIA STORE!!!

FILTHY! Corporate needs to visit this location and retrain everyone. The floors, the tables, soda dispensers all just dirty not maintained. Gross. I see the same response to every review which means nobody cares and nobody is watching. Slow crew, taking care of drive thru before the people inside. I finally gave my order, paid for it waited 20 minutes then finally approaches me has no idea what I ordered. Had the nerve to say to me if I dont know what you ordered I will move on to the next customer. I lost it,the original guy who took the order was smart enough to remember and look at the screen. This was bad real bad. I bet I get the auto response. The food was ok, no ice in the dispensers and a mess everyplace just so filthy $34 for a 4 piece dinner 2 sides wow. Take pride in your work. Had to beg to wipe off a table. Health dept needs to visit.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but my experience was horrible. I waited 45min for a sandwich with Mac and cheese. Employees walking around like they don't want to be there and very confused. Customer service was bad. I do not recommend if on a lunch break.

Dirty, dirty, dirty inside and out. Sticky floors.

I’ve gave this Popeyes one too many chances everytime me and my girlfriend come there or even order there’s no food or chicken today was the last straw the restaurant gave our order to another dasher then refused to remake the order for the dasher that was assigned not only are we out of 40 dollars what if that was all we had to eat this restaurant is inconsiderate unprofessional unprepared and needs better management and or ownership

They need to have knives. It's hard to pit butter on your biscuit with a fork. Place could have used so love in the dining room.
