Came in got told we are off line… no explanation no sign just we’re offline but they were making smoothies for others…. Don’t understand why but lost my business wasted trip.

HEAR ME AND HEAR ME WELL! Today wife and I were at the #Pulp juice and smoothie bar in Macidonia, Ohio at around 16:00. I was sitting in my car drinking my Smoothie and then I saw these ladies WHO WORK AT PULP walked out of the back door with boxes, jumped INSIDE the DUMPSTER and began to dig around as the made room to place the new trash in. they were in that dumpster for 15 MINUTES digging around. Below are the pictures from their adventure. We then decided to go inside of pulp and we saw them PROCEEDED TO COME BACK INTO PULP AND WORK... Same clothes, i didn't see any hand washing or a wardrobe change. That building has FOREVER lost my families business.

stop hiring schoolgirls who discriminate against people whose English is not familiar to them! i don't want to be your client anymore because i have a british accent and every time these young ladies make a face when they hear me order a mango bomb

I come here a lot and it’s very hit or miss if the smoothies will be good. Today two were completely missing an ingredient. When I contacted support about a refund I was denied. I won’t come back to this location.

Apparently I should taste everyone’s smoothies that I ordered before leaving the store in case I need to bring it back in for a refund. Good idea!

Great as always. I’m usually a fan of the protein packer but I decided to get something different. Tried the matcha smoothie and added protein to it. So good!

My smoothie was good but the customer service was terrible the three young ladies was dancing behind the counter and it took them ten minutes to take my order when I was the only customer there and the only reason they took my order is because other customers started to walk in.
