Awesome cafe. They were out of cold brew so I called to see when it would be ready was told 2 hours and it was not realy till 7pm. Whoever was running the front this day was amazing and fixed the issue best she could (obviously the cold brew was not ready) I wish I got her name! Highly recommend this location!

Extremely slow service, waited 45 mins for 2 lattes. It seems like walk-up orders are deprioritized behind mobile and drive-through so maybe that’s why it too so long?
Staff are nice, just bad process to handle it ok many orders efficiently
This is the slowest and most unorganized Starbucks I can recall ever visiting. I suggest avoiding this location. 30 minutes for a coffee and some food is pretty embarrassing.

Oh, gotcha! In that case, you could definitely add a bit of humor to it, like, “Had to call them, and they not only resolved it quickly but also threw in a surprise gift! Great service and a laugh. Highly recommend!” That way, it’s lighthearted and still positive.

Shout out to the one girl who is definitely a girls girl through and through when I called and asked for a pad or tampon, a real sister, she didn’t make it awkward or nothing at all and said she totally gets it. 11/10 you deserve a raise. I love you.
This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been too. I’ve had multiple mobile orders be over 30 minutes late. The drive through moves extremely slow. Something is wrong with this store. Avoid it at all costs

This is what my tea looked like, today. Never seen it to have chunks in it. No one at the store picked up the phone to talk about this issue.
Waited 20 minutes for an espresso. Huge waste of time. Had to leave without my order. Paid, left tip and nothing. Called number below put on hold again for 20 minutes. Never asked for my money back, just wanted to say a 100% fail. Didn’t get my drink and then waisted 20 more minutes being told we can’t help you on customer service. Strike 2

I waited over 35 minutes for a mobile order, which defeats the purpose of using the app for convenience. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was no communication about delays. I hope this location can improve order accuracy and timeliness. Someone that ordered in store after I got to the location received their order before me. Also, the ice in the tall had already melted by the time I received it, which leads me to believe it sat a while before the baristas finished the other drink.

The employees seem to be afraid to acknowledge you...why work in customer service if your afraid to deal with the public

I don’t usually frequent this location, but my experiences were always pleasant, until today. It was one thing that I waited 30 minutes for my order, which I placed on the app and it was only one food item. I can understand that the staff are very busy, it is early morning and everyone wants their caffeine and breakfast before work. But I watched 2 people leave with only part of their order (that was already paid for, mind you) because they had to wait so long and they were running late to work. I was having conversations with them and it was clear they had no help from staff. I spoke to another girl who was very close to leaving with only her drink and no food, but thankfully she got hers. I attempted to get the attention of staff to ask about my order several times. They either ignored me, or looked at me like I had snakes coming out of my head for just kindly asking if my food would be ready soon. One staff member spoke to me in a very rude tone, had a nasty attitude, and looked very inconvenienced by my presence. Thankfully, after nearly 40 minutes, I got my sandwich, which of course was just thrown together lazily, to make matters worse. Don’t waste your time and money here. Just go to the Brecksville location, they treat their customers with respect and have excellent and fast service. As someone who has worked in customer service myself for several years now, I am absolutely disgusted by how the staff treats the customers here. I would never treat customers like that. Do better.

i have genuinely never met workers that could be this stupid. They have absolutely no manners and should not be working in the food service. instead of the worker saying excuse me she says “HUH” “WHAT ARE YOU SAYING” “HUH” it is so rude

Terrible location! Waited 15 minutes for a matcha that was not properly whipped. Tasted awful! Super gritty. I swear one girl was making all the drinks for the walk-ins, drive thru, and mobile apps on a Saturday morning. I tried to put in a claim via email with Starbucks and that was a joke. The manager wouldn't help me and referred me to a phone number where I put in another 10 minutes of my life asking for credit so I could get another matcha from a call center in India. Forget it! Avoid this woefully unstaffed location. I'll remember this location as the one that showed me Starbucks customer service is non existent, and I should take my money elsewhere.
