Place was large, clean and empty... order taker was clean and polite, waited a very long time for food, I only order small fry and 6pc chicken nuggets, no one was inside ordering so must have been busy at drive thru, they said have a seat and they will bring it out, i was brought my order to my table. Nuggets were so hard and dried out like they were old and cooked repeatedly. I ate them anyways, I was starved but they were awful. I broke one open and it looked so over fried and dried out that it didn't look like any chicken was left inside it. I've never been disappointed at an arbys before. They were not short handed or busy, it was strange.

Wow, that was an experience. Will make a point of not going back. Service was very poor. Food literally took half an hour. Drive thru got their food quickly. The manager left 3 employees truly struggling. Worst ever!

Got two beef and cheddar’s today it looked like somebody sat on the sandwich before they served it and the meat was all in one big ball on one side of the bread. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I ordered a 2 for $6, chicken sandwich and roast beef, chicken sandwich ate half way and had bad chicken spots, and then the roast beef smelled like dog food and had meats that were all different shades of brown, absolutely disgusting experience today, also had to wait.
This is the 2nd time they forget my fries, When I came back for my fries they gave me cold ones When I got home, my wife's sandwich had half a slice of turkey. This is ridiculous never going back

Sat for 15 min waiting to order, got a smokehouse brisket and large curly fry with a cheese cup. Got up to the wi dow and she forgot what I ordered so she took it again. I received a small crinkle cut fry even though I paid for a large curly fry and didn't get a cheese cup I asked for. I'll never go back to this Arby's again, they're extremely incompetent.

Terrible service from this location from attitude of cashier and quality of food ( left out too long and then served to patrons) I would go to the one in Solon over this location. Cashier pretended to not hear me when I requested for certain bills that were going to be handed back to me while “they” was getting my change. All other employees hear me talking to her. Not sure what the deal is here but corporate needs to step in.

I usually go through the drive thru at this location. In terms of getting a hot Arby’s meal, you came to the right place. In terms of service, the employees are sometimes rude or seem rushed. I get that it can be busy and you’ll get a sudden rush, but when I’m ordering food and I hear “anything else” in the most annoyed tone, it made me want to just leave the drive through. Not to mention the wait time was pretty up there. Granted to these employees after a long day (I usually come after midnight when I get off work), it’s normal to be a little irritable.
I was the only customer in the restaurant. I ordered a Ruben combo with a coke. When I got to the window I was told they were out of Coke. I asked for a Dr. Pepper and was told it was also out. I asked for a Sprite….yup, also out. I ended up with a sweet tea. My curly fries were cold and chewy and when I unwrapped my Ruben I was shocked to find they made the sandwich using the end pieces of the bread. The butt pieces! Oh and the best part, the whole sandwich was cold! The cheese was ice cold so they never heated anything up. What a waste of $12
