I have waited more than 20 minutes in line to get my food. Even when there was only one person in front of me. The service here sucks. The crew looks miserable. There are too many other choices in the area to have service this crappy.

Never order here unless you want to wait an hour for your food. The employees work with no sense of urgency meanwhile 7 customers wait for over an hour for their food. That’s not even counting the countless vehicles in line waiting. And on top of that, they locked the doors so no one can enter. Unreal establishment. Might be one of the worst “fast” food restaurants ever.

The food was good. Waited a very long time in line. Seemed like they were under staffed at all times. they are usually nice though.
I've given this location several chances and they disappoint every time. The food is typical taco bell food but the service is horrible. I've waited in the drive thru li e for 20 minutes and didn't move an inch. Last night we decided to door dash food and we waited for an hour and a half before canceling. It had nothing to do with door dash either because our driver was there waiting and waiting before we cancelled. Never ordering from this location again.

We waited in the drive through for 50 minutes. I called to see what the holdup was. I was told they were busier then normal, people called off, they were training new employees. There was 2 cars in front of us. Took 8 minutes for them to take our order. Poor service. Waste of money and time. Oh. I counted 6 people in the kitchen.
