Wish I could give no stars im currently in line it’s 2:46 been in line for almost 25 minutes it’s been only One car in front of me the entire time . The older black gentlemen at the speaker and window is very rude kept asking “ anything else “ after every item I order like uhhhh yes I want more food can u stop saying “anything else” so I can continue ordering ? Like so unprofessional like then ( to be waiting over a half hour by the time I get to the window again with only one car in front of me this entire time ) what are you doing for half hour ? Putting a bag of beef in water or actually cooking it on the stove cause this is ridiculous ! Have better attitudes and customer service and maybe I wouldn’t mind the half hour wait ! If a manager could reach back out to me and let me know if something will be done THANK YOU !

Consistently very slow and regularly rude to customer - very disappointing
6 years ago I would have gave four stars I am now giving it a one-star because it is completely terrible their service sucks the atmosphere is complete garbage and the employees don't know what the hell they're doing you're waiting maybe 2 hours for food in quite frankly in my opinion never ever eat there I could probably get better food and make my own custom burrito or Taco at Sheetz and they'll have it done within 15 minutes at the most for the love of God shut down the Macedonia location cuz it is a load of crap and garbage

20 min or more in the drive thru line before even getting to the speaker (with 3 cars ahead of me). Expect a long wait at the window as well. 4 vehicles behind me bailed after 15 min and my only regret is I didn't do the same, as I ordered ahead. I've been to this location 3x with these insane wait times. It's not getting better. I have no idea how this franchise is still running.
