Horrible service pretty sure the entire staff was doing drugs or having an orgy nobody for 5 mins than everyone appears. Gave me some food that was not what I wanted basically ordered cheesy potato burrito and what I got was a joke pic attached for humor

Despite 2 total cars in the drive their with next to nobody inside, waited nearly 30 minutes before any car moved. Absolutely embarrassing staff here.

Always long waits, even when there are no customers present. Refused service multiple times due to "being too busy". Definitely the worst taco bell around. Save time and drive to a taco bell further away, even if it is half hour away it will still be faster than this place. Didn't serve breakfast either, or lunch, or dinner sometimes apparently too.

There is somehow always a wait even though there is no one in the drive thru or waiting in the parking lot. We ordered through the app so they're forced to see the food. Others in the drive thru before us were told they wouldn't be taking orders. Better off letting this location go under and hope something better takes it spot.

Placed my order online to pick up in drive thru. Waited 5 min and they never greeted me. Went inside and gave the 3 employees my name and the woman proceeded to talk about me saying that I would have to go through the drive thru to get my order. Totally rude.
To be honest this location SUCKS! If the line is wrapped around the building they are out of stuff. Taco bell slaps but this location is inconsistent.

Got tired of waiting 30+ minutes in Twinsburg so I tried this location. The same exact thing. I waited over 40 minutes in the drive through while you listened to the guy serving everyone but the people in drive through. There were two people in front of me and I waited that long. Just don't come here.

Went there 3.12.2025 @ 6:10pm. When we pulled up there was a sign on the door that was horribly misspelled stating that drive thru was closed. Meanwhile there were cars piled up at the drivethru honking (while there was no sign it was closed) we ordered online order and the wait was unreal. So there was 4-5 employees there, 1 (seemed like new guy) making the food and was totally messing everything up and it looked like the other employees were laughing or snickering at him. Our food was all jacked up, missing a burrito, Grilled cheese steak was not made right, My taco supreme didnt have sour cream. There was some people in line stating they were now waiting a half and hour. I really like taco bell, but I cant understand how this one is so bad. I would strongly recommend going to another establishment in Macedona before I would go back to this taco bell. In the time I was there, there was like 2-3 people who asked for money back they were waiting so long.
