Gross. So... I'm a total food snob. I want REAL food.... real butter, real meat... that's all I ask...

This burger was soooo bland and I'm not convinced just beef.... unless it's like.. the worst grade of beef? Definitely mixed with what seems like vegetable oil? Or the bun was soaked in vegetable oil? It wasn't beef fat...? It was nasty...as hell.. milkshake was watery too....

But the service was great and food came out quickly.

First time at this location and it was a great experience! Greeted at the door great customer service! Clean space! I ordered just a original, fries and a milkshake and everything was delicious made to order! Definitely recommend.

Got the bourbon bacon burger, cheese fries and a miller! Fantastic place to relax and eat! Next time I’m up here I’ll for sure be back! Thanks to the crew for making the environment clean and welcoming! Absolutely awesome!

First time and i will not be going back. I had hope for a great burger, but nope. Frankly, this is one of the saddest I have ever had. No flavor, skimpy toppings, and way overpriced. Their fries were no better. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Prices are insane. $4 for a Coke, but $2.50 for a beer. The burger itself is good. The fries had clearly been sitting around for a while. Spent nearly $50 for a meal for 2 people for burgers.

The best quality and fresh ingredients and friendly staff. I found this business by being dasher. I have tried everything on the menu. I highly recommend this location Macedonia and I live Akron. It is worth the drive. The best customer service ever.

Place was nice and clean. Cute concept, menu was nice and the touch screen process was nice as well. Food came out at a decent time. Burger size was as displayed. I got the Cajun burger and honestly it not only taste bland, but there wasn’t any flavor to the burger. Just meat and bread. Was disappointed because the description of the burger had me anticipating it and I was let down. My spouse said the same for their burger. The milkshakes were just tasting like milk only no other flavor (we got strawberry and vanilla). The lack of flavor is just what kills it. The best thing was the cheese curds. Upsetting. But maybe they’ll improve

Stopped while on vacation and was amazed at the food we received. Thought it was gonna be like most burger places and it was more like homemade burgers made fresh to order. Will make sure to stop again when near one.

Amazing delicious burgers! For a chain restaurant this was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to visit again. Staff was friendly and place was super clean.

The service upon arriving was excellent, food delicious and my husband, who is extremely picky, loved his Fry's and Burger. The word love rarely gets use by him, let alone the word like. So for him, that's saying a lot that he "loves" a Wayback Burger. I agree with him on the fries, perfect fries, you gotta try it to believe it. And, My Impossible Burger was excellent. Was looking for a healthier choice and Wayback not only gave us that, but it was delicious with grilled mushrooms & onions, tomato, lettuce & cheese of your choice. $10 but worth every penny and I cannot say that about much anymore. Enjoy! We went to the Macedonia store. Hopefully, all Waybacks are the same.

Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger ~ excellent!!

Dietary restrictions: More veggies for a side dish. Not just a Caesar salad, a side salad and broiled or steamed broccoli or mixed veg. That would have been nice.
