Good food. Good service. Cashier who took our order was very pleasant to talk to and even brought our order out to the table my wife and I sat at. Place is clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Prices are fair.

Love it! tried Wayback for the first time - burgers that look and taste like a burger, crispy hot fries and the young lady behind the counter was friendly and super nice! Will be going back for sure. Dined in don’t was nice and hot. Next time I want to try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake

I was so happy to see a Wayback nearby. The burgers are outstanding and decently priced. BOGO Cheesy deal is awesome. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The sides are delicious with generous portions. So much better than a fast food burger and a much better value than Five Guys. Takes you way back.

Food was excellent! Burgers tasted authentic and fresh and were accurate despite our picky modifications. The location was very clean and customer service was great. We dined inside and ended up accidentally breaking a glass bottle of vinegar. The staff was so quick to relocate us to clean up without making us feel like it was a problem at all. Very impressed with their above and beyond service and will be back for great burgers, tots and shakes.

Excellent service every time my Wife and I come in Great job as always! Had 5 minutes to order before Wayback burger closed and they served my Wife and I as if they had just opened. But the one thing I paid close attention to is how the entire staff was cleaning the restaurant before closing phenomenal job!

Gave this a place a second try just because I thought the first time was alright. I tried this place again and thought my burger was lacking any flavor one of them was covered in grease. And the fries I ordered were very soggy.

The burgers were good. I had the classic burger. The large fries was enough to share with 4 people.
