1) Ordered online, requested it be made before arriving, still waited several minutes after arriving for food. 2) Was not given a cup with my meal, had to ask for one, was given a small instead of the medium I should have gotten. 3) Daughter's meal bag did not come with the toy or milk. Had to go up for those. 4) Opened my sandwich and it was the completely wrong sandwich. Went up again, and was told they don't stock the sandwich anymore - despite it being listed on their menu and app. So they just tried passing off a cheaper sandwich in my meal without saying anything. When I requested a replacement sandwich, I was told I'd have to wait because they were busy. So my priority is lower than others because they screwed up almost my entire order the first time, and couldn't be bothered to correct it. Nice.

This place, like many others is understaffed, so I try to give grace. There's no other Wendy's in the area so if we want Wendy's we have to deal with the long wait times in the drive-thru line. Normally, the people are nice enough, so I can't say much about the employees (or at least the one on the mic). Last night we waited probably 20-30 minutes in total (before and after ordering). When I got home all of the sandwiches I said "no tomato" on had tomatoes, no big deal, we just took them off, but the big deal was that I ordered an asiago chicken sandwich, and they gave me a burger. A burger with all the fixings for the same sandwich, but a burger, not chicken. They really could have just told me that they didn't have any chicken, and if that's not the case, I had already waited so long, I could have waited a little longer for the chicken to be made. I check to make sure I have all I ordered (sandwiches, nuggets, fries) but I don't open stuff in the car to make sure it's right and I'm guessing that's what they were banking on. It's childish if it was done on purpose and if it was a mistake someone needs to be trained better.

Ordered on the mobile app should’ve been ready. Went there dining area is closed. Waited in the drive-through. They could not find my order. Gave me the food. No drinks waited another 10 minutes for drinks. Absolutely horrible service.

Just ordered here drive thur. To start pulled up they said we had to wait that's fine. Then ordered 1 Jr bacon biggie bag an 2 large double stack bacon cheese burgers. Didn't get the fries for the jr bacon bag, no bacon on the Dubble stacks an the meat patty was cold an the bread was mushy an the whole thing was thrown together very messy wasted money because don't eat cold food or mushy bread. Dont waste your money or time like we did ..

Only the drive through was open. Minimal staff and long line. Got chili and specifically asked for hot sauce. Didn't get any. Sad commentary on hiring workers.
I spent about 10-15 minutes waiting in the drive thru…no problem. Once I got my food it was cold so I pulled back around and they gave me new fries. I got about half way through the fries and there were FROZEN fries mixed in smh. That is absolutely unacceptable.

I went there on Christmas eve and was told their systems were down. Then today (Saturday) I went back again. The inside was locked (I was there around 5:15) and the drive thru was packed. I spent about 1/2 in total waiting. Get home and a sandwich at ordered

Needs new employees. Every time i’ve ever been here it’s been a nightmare whether that’s waiting 20 mins for a simple order with one other person in line or the attitude the workers have.
