Was there at 6:45. Your hours say you open at 6. No one was there to take my order. I had to go somewhere else for breakfast and was late for work. This is why Wendy's is closing locations... because you suck!

12/2/25 lunch time - The employee taking my order at the speaker and serving me at the window had the worst demeanor! There was zero niceness to her. Just an awful experience. If I wasn’t so hungry, I would’ve drove off.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. An African American worker handed us all out food cold and then wrong drink. They did not greet us or give us any napkins either. Please relearn or terminate if needed.

I’ve been coming here a few times because I’ve been working in the area. The one kid that works upfront is always playing games on his phone and messes every order up.

Today the lady on the speaker was so miserable. She couldn’t even say have a good day back. She just threw the food out into the car and slammed the door. Is it that miserable to work there?

Couldn’t place order because lunch menu wasn’t switched to breakfast. Lady at drive thru very rude! I explained twice I couldn’t see the breakfast menu to give the correct number for what I wanted to order. Rushed me, and when I guess she felt I was taking too long, she ignored me. There was no line behind either. Very unprofessional! If you’re not a morning person, then change shifts!

Went through the drive through all I ordered was 2 six piece nuggets and a baconator frie. I was asked to pull forward, which I did , to wait on my order , sat and waited for what she said was the cheese for the fries , which I didn’t understand, five cars all got their orders and were on their way before I got my three items, ridiculous, don’t recommend going, by the time I got my food it was cold and had to re heat at home.
