Went in tonight and got seated. We waited 30 minutes and was not served. Plenty of servers looked at us but no one approached. When we asked who our server was one girl said her over there. Wait staff not friendly tonight!

Placed my order with Beth today. Picked up my order which was for a work party. Asked for extra crispy. Was very disappointed. When I got back to work. None of the wings were sauced! Which caused all the wings to be dried and inedible! When I called to voice my complaint I asked to speak with a manager. Melanie came to the phone and rudely told me that is how we make them when ordered extra crispy, but I had to request they be tossed. Even though it wasn't to my knowledge that's how they came. All she could do is have me bring the old wings back that would be thrown away and they will make the new ones but I would have to drive 40 from where I work. Very disappointing
