Service is always amazing and the ambiance is very comfortable and friendly. Food is great, the pizza is very cheesy, and the ice cream is delicious. I recommend it.

I remember going to this place in the 90s as a kid. Centerpiece of Madison on the lake. Ritual of mine and my daughter is to get hard iced cream from the holiday and park by the lake and enjoy the views.

Nice local pizza and ice cream place next to the lake and park. They have slot of items on the menu not just pizza and ice cream. We go in during the summer to get ice cream for the kids. Went in last night and got ice cream and food and everything was delicious. Really nice and helpful staff. They have a lot of flavors as well which makes it nice.

Sure isn't the place of my youth. Stopped by to get bite after the beach. Ordered chicken sandwich, fries and chocolate milkshake. The sandwich was a very thin chicken patty that was way over cooked. The French fries were very pale and barely cooked. The shakes had barely any chocolate syrup so it tastes a little past vanilla. I had high hopes because of my fond memories but was disappointed. The people working here were nice.

Well, I thought we would try the Mexican spot for a take out lunch yesterday, it wasn't open until 4 PM. We parked across the street from Karen's Holiday Pizza. We wandered over seeing the sign suggesting they had subs in addition to pizza and gyros and ice cream. We each ordered a small sub. They were so genuinely delicious! Fresh and the bread was crusty and the veggies on it crisp. Yumm! My husband ordered a vanilla shake with his sandwich that was really luscious. I went back for a small vanilla chocolate soft serve. It was such a pleasant lunch that we enjoyed on a bench overlooking the beach. The young man who took our order and served us was delightful and helpful. I for sure plan to go back for a sub next time I go to the beach!

They have GREAT pizza. We usually get 3 topping with pepperoni, mushroom and onion along with a side salad and it is really quiet good. More reasonably priced than Joeys. And if you like you can take the pizza, walk over and eat in at the park picnic tables overlooking beautiful Lake Erie.

We dined in at "The Holiday" on Wednesday night (night before an actual Holiday) We enjoyed out food immensely, my Hot All Italian sandwich was one of the best tasting sandwiches I have ever had. After Dinner we ad milkshakes and as always they were phenomenal. I had the Banana which is my favorites. Pizza was excellent also, some say best Pizza in Madison after only 1 try I will not go that far but I will say it was very good.

Order dinner 6:07 p.m. 7:37 I had to call to find out where the delivery was at 7:45 the food arrives with an apology food is cold and Soggy french fries and Nuggets they seriously thought I would feed that to my grandson so I had to pack up my grandson take the food back. a phone call would have went a long way I understand the circumstances where you're short staffed but to try to serve soggy cold food and thinking someone's going to pay pay for it is ridiculous. I won't go back
The Holiday is great for grabbing a ice cream cone, a Dundee or whatever treat you want, them walk across the street to enjoy the park and beautiful views of Lake Erie. Their soft serve is the typical stuff you get anywhere, but they do have about 20 choice of hand dipped ice cream too. Not into ice cream? They have wings, pizza and other options as well.
