1st and last time eating there. Order boneless wings that arrived hard as a rock and just warm and sauce on the side instead of being coated
Order buffalo chicken sandwich chicken patty burnt and again sauce just sprinkled on the patty instead being coated.
All the food seemed like it came from a bag, nothing fresh.
Told the manger she really didn't seem to care.
Said I would pay for my drinks, most mangers would not charge for drinks based on quality of food but they charged me for the drinks.

Service was not good and it takes a lot for me to say something negative about service. She is not trained properly. The chicken was overcooked and completely inedible.
The food had very unique flavored sauces and flavorings which gave all food a lift from the typical taste. The fries were nicely crisp. The boneless wings were juicy and tender. I had a turkey sandwich which was loaded with meat, cheese and their very different sauce. My only negative was that there was a mandatory 18 percent tip in place for a large group of about 20 which is fine and standard...however, I have always been made aware of this fact by the waiter/waitress. I was not at this time. Plus I normally would tip 20 percent if it's my decision. If a place is going to include a mandatory tip, I expect exclusive service which I did not feel I received. I had to ask for refills, box for take home, and I did not even try to get a fill to go. Side dishes were pricey considering the charge for your main ex. sandwich or so forth but was delicious.

Didn’t get to try the food. Hostess was unfriendly, but sat us right away. After 10 plus minutes without being greeted or even acknowledged we decided to leave. We were in the main walkway, so it wasn’t like we were hidden out of sight. Several servers and staff walked by.

I ordered online for pickup at 4:00pm. Ordered the chicken caeser wrap with cheese fries. The wrap was so thin that it wouldn't even stay together. The cheese fries were so crunchy it hurt my teeth to eat. No choice to order a sweet tea online so I ordered when I got there and they charged me $6 bucks for a sweet tea that tasted like crap. Will never eat there again.

Always pleasurable, a bit busy with ALL of their TV's TRYING to connect to my phone...but the service and food made up for that ;) KILL your damsung connect BEFORE arrival! ?
