Today, I made a mistake with my burger order, but she quickly corrected it in a friendly and professional manner, showcasing her value as an asset to the company. I'm sorry to change my review. The past had been positive, today though, not so much. Problems with the cash register created a backup, and, cold food. I saw no assistance from mgt. . The server kept her cool. Speaking of cool, we ate the meal and moved on. This was the Maineville store. We will visit Blanchester from now on.We went back to Maineville today because it's been a while since our last experience. Everything was great. We enjoyed everything and plan to go back. Gold Star has some of the best great tasting chili!!! As a native Texan we do not have Gold Star restaurants in our great state. If we did, I would definitely make it one of my favorite places to eat. This location is very clean inside and outside as well. This Gold Star is located in a busy intersection and its means of egress is very accessible to the major highway. I highly recommend Gold Chili for your next meal if you are craving chili.
