The owner is pretty awesome and her employees are pretty awesome too.They take good care of you.And to be quite honest with you, while you're getting a coffee, they joke.And listen to you extremely nice.A very calming place to be about one of the best atmospheres around.Heck, I drive twenty miles out of my way.Just to go get coffee there

To the cashier who exhibited a gargantuan amount of patience with me, thank you!!!! Even when I dropped an entire coffee in my car and tried pulling off in shame and just trying to escape embarrassment, you were extremely kind and made it all work out. Thank you so much! Your kindness is a breath of fresh air!! And our coffees, were great!!!

Slowest coffee spot ever. They took 20 mins with just 3 cars in front of me and then after i spoke to someone about my order through the speaker the person at the window asked if i had some take my order already and i said yes i spoke to a male. They didn't take it and had to ask for my whole order again. Coffee is good but if you're in a rush don't come here

We stopped in on Father’s Day and it was very busy, and there were only two workers but they were rocking out drinks! They were clearly working very hard and making everything a fast as the machines would work!

Winan's serves up hot coffee and even hotter negligence. I left the shop not just burned by their latte, but by their customer service, too. A faulty lid led to scalding coffee all over my leg and ruined a white shirt — no apology, no real accountability. The manager, Isaac, flat-out denied it happened, then reluctantly offered two free drinks as if that erases physical pain and property damage. Apparently, Winan’s policy protects their profits more than their patrons. If you value safety, integrity, and basic decency, this is not the coffee shop for you. I expected a comforting cup of coffee — instead, I got burned in every way. Do yourself a favor and drive past this place.

UPDATE: I got a response telling.me a video of the sale was reviewed and didn't show how I described. Well, the response said I was helped by a male and I wasn't, so take their response with a healthy dose of salt. I stand by my comments. I love coffeehouses and cappuccinos, but this place needs some staff training. Rude, condescending, and patronizing. The cappuccino I received was ridiculously teeny, cold, overpriced, and bitter. I was lectured by 2 rude employees about how I don't understand what a cappuccino is and told I was wrong, so basically my reaction made me a Karen. I heard them making fun of me as I walked back to my table and don't get me started on their eye rolls. The saving grace was the tasty lemon muffin and cute decor, but I won't go back. Someone really needs to show a customer the thimble-size cups they use to make their version of a cappuccino and maybe the owner needs to visit some other businesses to see how the rest of the world makes a cappuccino, because they don't know. Do not recommend.

I went and there was this guy with a dark hair in a ponytail who was absolutely flipping out. He made me really uncomfortable, and it looked like the other staff was uncomfortable too. I feel bad for them. The latte was really good, but he was so off the rails I was almost scared. If he's working, walk out the door. Everyone else is great though.

Turned away at the drive through window to order a coffee at 3:30 in the afternoon by a teenager who opened the window to tell me the drive through was closed… no sign or anything else to indicate the drive through was closed. Somehow my money could only be accepted inside even though I was perfectly able to access and order at the drive through window.

A nice cafe for coffee, chocolate and pastries. We tried the cappuccino and the cheese danish. We liked it. There are indoor seating areas. I recommend visiting it☕
