“We stopped in Tuesday afternoon for a couple of burgers. The Mushroom Swiss is always my favorite. It was juicy and flavorful. My usual drink choice is Lemonade and they had a good Lemonade. Deena is a wonderful cook and it was nice to meet her. She and her husband are the owners! The historical pictures were interesting as well as the metal sign for the Sinclair Gas Station in McClure, Ohio. Stop in some time to greet Deena.”

“The taste and presentation of the food, the atmosphere, and friendliness of the 2 women that run this restaurant is superb! This is a must-try place to eat! Everything from the egg salad on homemade multi-grain bread, fresh tomato soup and dill hummus to the finale of the peanut butter pie was absolutely amazing!! Great job girls!”

“This is a great local spot! Family owned and operated, lots of menu items to choose from. Kind of an A&W feel, everything is ordered at the window and you can eat at the benches and tables outside or just take everything to go. We just stopped in for flurries, but the smash burgers seemed to be the play. We talked with the owner for a bit, and he said the burgers are always fresh, never frozen! Super welcoming and friendly staff, next time I hope I pass through town hungry for lunch - I'd definitely stop back in.”

“I'm obsessed. Being a huge coffee lover, I find that I can enjoy their coffee black. Which to me tells me how perfect it really is! ? I live 45 minutes away and I'm thankful otherwise they would own my wallet and a seat would have my name on it. With that said, still drove there and bought 4 lbs of beans to go. Sidenote: They were very friendly, clean and quick.”

I had multiple people ask where we got our desserts and happily passed on the information! The ladies working when we picked up the cupcakes were so sweet and helpful as well! “My companions and I arrived at Azul Tequila searching for a high quality meal better than the fast food in Napoleon, and this place turned out not only to be quicker than fast food, but one of the best Mexican places I have been to. Our server, Luis, was amazing, polite, enthusiastic, and our food, despite arriving in the middle of the dinner rush, our food was out in under 5 minutes, and the food was absolutely delectable. Highly recommend, amazing place.”

“These are guys are extremely quick and efficient. The staff is very friendly and attentive. No fast food establishment is perfect, but any time there was an issue, the manager and staff made it right and helped resolve the issue. Overall my experience has been excellent.”

“We went for breakfast on a very rainy Sunday morning. Everyone was very friendly. Basic diner food, nothing fancy, which was fine. The food was good, although since they were having a supply problem we had tater tots with our eggs instead of hash browns. Coffee was good and they kept the mug filled. Reasonable prices. We had a very hard time finding a place open on Sunday, glad we came across Liberty Cafe!”

“Great food! On a side note online ordering prices are different in my experience a few dollars more spread out over an order this is caused by google. Also the menu is different. Facebook prices and menu are more up to date. Just call and order over the phone and pay when you pick up your order gets you a better menu and better price.”

“After 30 years as a foodie, ferreting out the elusive "hidden gem". Enter this nondescript eatery located inside of an old truckstop. Let me premise by saying, my being here was not a result of countless hours of research. But rather due to a mechanical failure that I addressed and merely wanted to wash up.When I entered i noticed a faint hint of, Moroccan? Or possibly Indian? . So subtle I could scarcely make it out. Unlike the hundreds of so called Indian restaurants that think heavyhandedness with spices defines it as Indian.I glanced into the almost empty restaurant, see no one in attendance. A fellow (later I discovered is the chef) poked his head from the kitchen and said something that sounded like menu, and gestured. Well, if you insist I thought.Glancing thru it I saw one of my favorites Tandoori Chicken. So i got his attention and ordered that along with some garlic naan and rice..After some 30 minutes I began smelling increasingly pleasant aromas wafting from the kitchen. And at about the 50 min mark, an older grandpa type hustled out to my table and presented me with 2 Styrofoam containers. I looked skeptically at them , but the aromas demanded a closer look. The visual inside was unexpected and beautiful. One bite and I knew I was in the presence of a master chef! The most skillfully balanced flavors and textures, playing a glorious symphony on my tastebuds. I live 150 miles from this place, but it will be in the future. A dining destination for me!”

“Very good pizza, especially the thin crust. We're driving towards Detroit decided to stop, and here we had our delicious pizza. The place is only take out. We met the owner, he was so nice and his hospitality was beyond. Came to our car and told us the whole menu while was going out to do a delivery. When he returned even offered to give us paper plates and cutlery. We were talking over 10 minutes on the driveway while waiting for our order. Recommended!!!”

“This is my happy place! Well worth the 40 minute drive from Rossford on a Sunday. The Sunday buffet is under $14 and includes your drink and pie! You can't beat the price and everything is homemade. The salad bar has tons of selections like coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, cucumber salad, pea salad, and all the fixings for a tossed salad. The hot buffet has baked chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, corn, green beans, noodles, baked steak, and alternates weekly between meatloaf and ham loaf. They're both good, but I prefer the meatloaf. When you're stuffed go pick out your pie! If you're too stuffed they will let you take it with you. The service is great and we love Rosie, she's the best. The interior is small town country and is clean and tidy, still hoping to make it there on a Wednesday for their burger special with homemade buns. If you're coming from the Toledo area, the drive along the river through Waterville and Grand Rapids is beautiful.”
