Applebee's Grill + Bar

Staff is always friendly & kind, location is great, and the place is clean. However, I wanna say that the food is usually really well made, but I got this chicken & bacon with cheese fries, and it looked sorta just tossed in the microwave. It's rare, all restaurants do this, but for some reason the fries in my most recent trip looked so painfully un-loved. However, every other time I've gone, the food looked & tasted great, so I don't wanna be negative off a one time thing. I just thought I should least mention it. Give them a visit, the $15 all you can eat deal they occasionally do is well worth every penny as well.

We were at this location last night. Arrived at about 1130 pm. We k ew it was late and would have been probably ok with being rushed or no food available. It was exactly the opposite. Our server was great ( apologies I forgot her name). Food was good as expected. At the end of the evening she asked if we wanted to go drinks. I was drinking Ice Tea. She came back a few minutes later and said I hope you can wait because I'm making some more iced tea. When she brought it out she not only brought me to go cup of iced tea, but the entire batch of ice tea that she made and it went it with us in a to-go container! Above and beyond. . Thank you for great late night.

Waited forever and they forgot my side. I spent 17 dollars on one piece of chicken.

Half price appetizers. It took a while to get your appetizer The food was good and the service was good however we had to request our checks. Party of 5

If I could give this a zero star I would we sat down waitress came over took our drink order. Came back with drink said we needed more time to decide 2 minutes later she was back we finally decided and laid menus on corner of table never saw her for at least 15 minutes. Finally we ordered to at least 1/2 to get food and weren't even busy. I had grilled chicken with mash garlic potatoes broccoli and my husband had pasta dish. Pasta was okay but not hot.
His meal was to come with bread stick. My chicken was tough around edges, lukewarm potatoes and never even tasted like garlic just plain potatoes and broccoli cold. Husband pasta was okay but no bread stick waitress said would be out shortly. Breadstick didn't come out until we were done. Waitress told us whoever was to make breadstick was not doing their job. It was waitress responsibility to make sure customers get their food hot and on time. Never came around to see how meal was. We have eaten there before and it was OK but it was convenient to the hotel so we thought we would try it again and it sucked. Next time we will drive somewhere to eat.

We went to this Applebee's to try for the first time. I came for the 50 cent boneless wings, and the fiancé came for the chicken tenders. We sat down, and we're immediately greeted with, "This is my first day out of training, so I don't know much." We got our drinks, and we were handed the boneless wing menu, and I was excited. They looked super delicious. She came back to take our order, and I went first to ask for boneless wings and French onion soup. She goes, "Um, we're out of all of our boneless wings." I said, "What? are the bone-in wings the same price, or?" she said, "Nope." So I requested more time because that's all I came for. Eventually, we got our second choice of food, and it was okay. I ended up getting the sirloin with potatoes and broccoli. The mashed potatoes were hard but tasted good. The fiancé said the chicken tenders were also hard but pretty good.

French onion soup was really great!
Ordered won ton chicken tacos, they were also good! The lime wedge I got with the tacos was obviously days old ,with brown edges and was soo dry no lime juice came out when squeezed.
Service was ok. Hope next time maybe to get some smiles from the staff, everyone seemed grumpy.

went there last night and waited 2 HOURS TO GET 2 APPETIZERS! only got checked up on 1 once the whole 2 hours we were there and that was to get a drink refill, waitress was super rude and we watched her bring everyone in her section extra drinks, sauces, and dessert while we just sat there. She wasn’t even the one to bring our food, the manager was! i would’ve reported her to the manager but i just wanted to leave as soon as i could, we just asked for the bill and boxes when he brought our food. Would love to leave a name but she wasn’t at our table enough for me to even look at her name tag and she didn’t tell us in the beginning. OUTRAGEOUS.

Dee, a floor manager in training is absolutely delightful. I eat here a good bit as it is in walking distance of a couple of hotels I frequent for work. Usually everything is as good as you expect for an Applebee's, but my medium-rare steak was almost a briquette. Dee brought me a new streak (medium-rare) and even offered me a free desert. I declined the desert, and she offered to send me home with one. Her demeanor was professional and polite, and as I eat on the road a lot, I really appreciate that. Best of luck to the team at this Applebee's, I will be coming back!

Food was ok. Service was horrible. Waited 20 mins JUST to get our drink orders in. Then we also had to sit there and listen to the employees at the bar complain about the place and how its ran. Complained about their boss and the cooks in the kitchen.
