Let's be honest. Applebee's is no out of the box culinary experience. It's just Americana food done differently. Where this location stands out from rest is in its service. Wow. Attentive, to say the least. I was welcomed with a door opening smile and a server that left me wanting for nothing. Ms. Jessica was the key that brought it all together for me. Kudos to the management that understands that her people's service experience is the reason most of us even go out anymore. APPLEBEE'S IN MANSFIELD Thank you.
Our party of 6, 4 adults meals ordered and 2 children a 3yr old and 8 yr old ordered kids meals. When our meals came they brought 5 meals to the table EXCEPT for the 3 yr olds pizza. I told 2 waitresses that we were missing a childs pizza and after waiting over 15 minutes it finally came but the whole bottom of the pizza was burnt. I suppose I should have sent it back but by the time it came most of us were already halfway done with our meals. All other meals were just fine, obviously the kids pizza was not turned in until I questioned it .

This was by far the worst Applebees I’ve ever been to!! I “tried” to order a to go order, some woman named “sarah” answered, when I tried to ask her any questions about specials, or anything, she was busy talking to another co worker, I said something about substituting the burgers for chicken, she said it would be extra, I called and talked to the helpful manager, the chicken didn’t cost more at all..😒 I locked up my order inside, the bartender was very helpful, I tipped $20 on a $40 order because she was so kind, when I got home, all my chicken sandwiches (4) was soggy, working as a chef I believe you should put mayo on any take outs, because they’re going to be soggy, I only like maybe 7 minutes away, I will never go to this Applebees again, just because this “Sarah” girl, and my food being terrible as a take out 7 min away. Just sad..

Ordered chicken tenders catering for a work function. Food was luke warm and looked like it was fried yesterday and just refried today. Most were too crunchy to eat and we were very displeased with the food.
Food and service are great until your server named Mara gives you your change after she informs you that a nice couple paid for your drinks and asks if you want your change before informing you first before this and you say no because you are unaware of the drinks being paid for. So she stole your $20 of change. I do not recommend being served by Mara at the Mansfield location!
