I have been to this location often. They normally take some time when they pull you forward. Today, I was thinking a little too much time had passed as I had been pulled forward 10 minutes and I only ordered a simple nugget meal. I walked inside as I was going to be late for work. They forgot about me. Acted confused when I came in asking for an ETA. Nuggets and fries were readily available. If I didn’t go in, who knows how long I would have waited. They apologized, which is good, but it should have never happened. Don’t pull people forward if you’re just going to forget about them.

I just came through with my boyfriend and we pulled to the window because we had a mobile order and we’ve never done that for fast food but we see people pull forward all the time and say they had one so that’s what we did and the lady told us we’d have to drive back around to the order screen so we did just for her to ask the name of the order when she could’ve asked us for it at the window kinda annoying as we come here often!!!

Gave us the wrong drinks. Ordered coke, got sweet tea I’m guessing. All three wrong. Ordered a French dip and didn’t get the dip. Very upset because the whole reason I wanted the meal was for the dip itself.

Fries were cold and the service was half hearted. Treated my wife like she didn't know anything.
The food is expensive if you pay regular price but they have fairly good deals. Most of the food I've tried has been excellent.

Love the food 80% of time time but here lately more times than not the buns are Burt and it ruins the whole sandwich there soo slow at the drive through I waited over 30 minutes my last visit it is ridiculous! The staff is rude there are a few people that are nice, but someone needs to take accountability when THEY mess up your food!
